Review: The account this company is attempting to collect on was paid by my health insurance company on 2/1/14. This alleged debt is invalid.Desired Settlement: Company needs to communicate with their client and update their records. In addition, this collection attempt should not reported to any credit reporting agency.

Review: United Consumers [redacted], and [redacted] - three times I have requested a signed agreement and proof identity was confirmed prior to slandering me through my credit report. Three times I have received nothing other than a printout that proved nothing other than United Consumers owns a computer. REMOVE IMMEDIATELY.Desired Settlement: REMOVE IMMEDIATELY. Or show valid proof of a signed agreement between United Consumers and myself. If no valid proof is available, than removal is requested immediately.

Review: failed to provide a signed agreement per FDCPA and

FCRA showing I have requested or accepted this account. I have searched my records

thoroughly and can find no reference to this account.

After reviewing my credit report, I was in disbelief. I am looking to purchase a car, as mine; has become unreliable. Being told by the banker that this is not possible due to an account on my credit with inaccurate information. I have searched through all of my files, which is everything documented between us and I can not find anything which shows approval or acceptance of this account. I personally had requested 45,90, and 120 days ago to be sent documentation showing that 100% I had accepted this account. Now at this point I have received nothing except a printed out piece of paper showing me they own a printer. You see, now that this account is preventing me from getting liable transportation. The account is completely inaccurate, and should not be on my credit report. I already disputed them, even hired a company to remove them, but for some reason they are still on there. It has now resulted in the denial of liable transportation, which protects my life, and my safety. Also lost opportunity to receive credit, economic loss, damage to my reputation, loss of self-esteem, invasion of privacy, interference with my normal and usual activities, and emotional distress.Desired Settlement: I consider this defamation and I want this removed from the 3 credit bureaus.

Review: I called the company on August 20th, 2014 at 1:30pm to request my paid-in-full account be deleted. The company stated it was illegal to delete the account according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and that statement in itself, is actually a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This conversation was recorded. I spoke with both a representative (a male) and his supervisor (a female). I explained to the supervisor I had contacted other companies that were willing to work with me and she said she wanted to know the names of those companies and said what they were doing (deleting the account from my credit report) was illegal when in fact it was not.Desired Settlement: Remove their account from my Credit Report.

Review: I paid the original creditor [redacted] Hospital directly and after paying my bill directly to the creditor/hospital I received a notice from United Consumers stating I owe them money for a hospital bill and I explained that I paid the hospital already and the representative from United Consumer told me that she saw that the payment was made directly to the hospital but she was unable to remove it from my credit report because I paid the hospital direct and the hospital had already sent the information to collections. I paid the bill and they see that it has been paid in there system yet they refuse to remove themselves from my credit report. I do not owe them anything and never did it was a cross between my payment going in and the hospital sending the account to collections. On my credit report it states Paid, closed but I never owed them because the bill was paid already but they refuse to accept that payment was made to original creditor and they refuse to remove themselves from my credit report.Desired Settlement: I would like from United Consumers to remove themselves from my credit report.

Review: I received a notice from United Consumers, Inc. indicating that I owed a tax debt. I responded with a letter requesting proof and to inform the company that I needed to make inquiries on my own to verify that the situation was indeed warranted, given that it is a tax related issue, and that I was disputing the claim. I responded to the company within my 30 day time frame. I received a letter from the company telling me that they had heard nothing from me and that I had seven days to respond. I immediately called and spoke with a representative named [redacted] was hostile, rude, and forceful with her attitude. Rather that trying to work with me or to even allow me to explain the steps that I have taken, she demanded that I provide her with my employer's name and my bank account information. I had voluntarily given her my phone number and tried to explain to her that I have made contact with the appropriate entities to resolve this issue, but since a portion of the resolution will require assistance from the IRS, time is needed to clear this issue. She refused to listen to me and continued to demand my banking information. Given that I do not feel that I owe this debt, I am not willing to share this information. She hung up on me. Additionally, as I reside in the State of [redacted], any attempt to attach my bank account must be processed through the court system. A claim must be filed and mediation must occur before a settlement can be reached. [redacted] was very unprofessional. This company ignored my right to dispute this claim and then prevented me from trying to establish communication with them in order to resolve this isse. I may at this point retain an attorney to prevent any further harrassment and violation of my rights.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve this issue within my rights and without being attacked, or having my rights violated. I expect acknowledgement that a letter was written to them disputing the claim and an opportunity to speak with an agent that is helpful in resolving issues. I expect some type of action to nbe taken against [redacted] given her unprofessional behavior and threatening demeanor. Additionally, I will not ever be subjected to a conversation with that person. I am filing notice per this complaint that I dispute this debt in full until such time that I have had the opportunity to provide the legal documentation to verify that the claim is false or that a reasonable explanation and resolution can be provided.

responding to our notice. At that time [redacted] did dispute the outstanding

tax debt. As a courtesy to [redacted] an Itemized Statement was requested to be

mailed directly from the department of taxation. [redacted] followed up his

letter with a phone call to our office on 06/06/13, at that time he was

instructed on how to dispute this bill. [redacted] did speak with [redacted]

professionally and did request asset information. [redacted] did not like being

asked about his personal asset information and refused to provide. [redacted]

then hung up on [redacted].

About 30

minutes after the conclusion of that call, [redacted] called the office again

and spoke again to [redacted] demanded to know why [redacted] was asking

for asset information, [redacted] responded that she was required to update the

file and that information was needed in order for the call to continue. [redacted] explained that he did not want to provide the information requested. [redacted] then hung up again.

has been provided with the itemized statement and has been instructed on the procedures

to dispute a claim with The [redacted] Department of Taxation. The account

currently remains on a hold status, giving [redacted] time to evaluate the
