Installed wrong sink - refuses to fix or call me
I am an investor and buy several properties a year and thought that I would give this company a try as my general contractor uses them often
We visited the showroom and chose a granite and non-divided sink with *** who was our contact at UCIAfter waiting for a month and half and calling and texting *** asking when the granite would be installed, they finally installed the granite
To my surprise they had installed a divided sink and I immediately contacted them on 01/31/to get the problem resolvedAfter several days without resolution, I called *** the ownerHe said he would take care of it and call me back - which never happened
Instead I get a call from their billing department asking for the remaining paymentI told them I would be glad to pay them after they fix the sinkThey threatened to put a lien against my property
I called the owner again to get this resolved and he said he would call me back
