Review: I had agreed for $100 to be deducted from my account every other week. I check my account today and see that $256.95 has been deducted. I called to find out why they would deduct more than I had agreed, spoke to a guy he told me that he was on a conference call and that I could try to call him later. I told him no that I was upset that no one called to get approvals to get this done. He told me that he did not care and hung up on me. When I called back to get his name I was given to someone else named [redacted] and he would not tell me the guy that hung up on me. I was only trying to repay my debt but they have cause a bigger hardship on me now, I will not be able to pay certain bills now that this has happen. They should have address this immediately and not hung up on me.Desired Settlement: All I want is for them to be fair in our agreement and only take out what I had agreed on. Doesn't matter that it was almost paid, it isn't up to them to dictate when they want how much they are going to take without getting approvals first. I would like my $150 back and not have to pay anymore to them since I am going to have to take that and get my account back up to a positive balance if I even get that.
