Ms [redacted] signed up for our service on 4/26/in order to assist with restoring her credit She was sent five sets of dispute letters, according to contract, over the course of the next year Ms [redacted] called to express that her credit was not significantly improving and received another year of service, free of charge At the end of this two year period her credit results have not significantly improved as a result of $20,past due and written off debt, much of it accrued in and after she enrolled in our service As part of the credit restoration service, clients are encouraged to sign onto the credit restoration website for additional methods to assist with the improvement of their credit scoreThis site, along with our credit restoration customer service team, clearly point out to her that you cannot increase your credit score while incurring more derogatory accountsIn fact, these new derogatory accounts are the reason Ms [redacted] credit score went down from the score she had when she began the credit restoration serviceThere is nothing our company could have done in regards to something that happened after enrollment into our service Although we worked on Ms [redacted] account for over years and we removed derogatory accounts, to make sure we honor our satisfaction guarantee, we will issue a refund for the remaining balance of money totaling $ The check will be mailed to the address on the complaint on Tuesday 11-4- Thank you [redacted]

We are sorry Mrs [redacted] was not pleased with our service Part of our refund program is put in place to help the company pay for the time and expense that was spent on each individual customers account Mrs [redacted] did sign up in May and since that time we have pulled credit reports, send out disputes and worked on her behalf to help improve her creditWe have approximately a 20% deletion rate which of course is not points, but is definitely progress from the time she enrolled in our program I am also sad to see someone told her she would be guaranteed 100+ points, as we never make those types of claims on our website or on any of our marketing material Regardless, if Mrs [redacted] feels she in entitled to a 100% refund, we will honor that request We will mail a check out to the address in the complaint on Tuesday Jan 6, in the total amount of $410.00.If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me directly[redacted] ###-###-####

[redacted] called to express that her credit was not significantly improving
and received another year of service, free of charge.  At the end of this
two year period her credit results have not significantly improved as a result
of $20,000 past due and written off debt, much of it accrued in 2013 and 2014
after she enrolled in our service.  As part of the credit restoration
service, clients are encouraged to sign onto the credit restoration website for
additional methods to assist with the improvement of their credit score. This
site, along with our credit restoration customer service team, clearly point
out to her that you cannot increase your credit score while incurring more
derogatory accounts. In fact, these new derogatory accounts are the reason Ms.
[redacted] credit score went down from the score she had when she began the
credit restoration service. There is nothing our company could have done in
regards to something that happened after enrollment into our service.
 
Although we worked on Ms [redacted] account for over 2
years and we removed 10 derogatory accounts, to make sure we honor our satisfaction
guarantee, we will issue a refund for the remaining balance of money totaling $376.00.  The check will be mailed to the address on
the complaint on Tuesday 11-4-2014.
