I had a great experience with [redacted] He explained the process clearly and precisely and was patient with my questions, very friendly and thoughtful He was efficient in delivering the information in an orderly manner I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to UCS UCS is fortunate to have [redacted] with his ability and character to represent them

I worked diligently to try to reduce a high interest rate card that I had faithfully paid for a few years with no luck UCS was able to reduce the rate from 29.99% to 6.99% They were great to work with

Started services in June and communication of services changes frequentlyObtained services for legal help and was told they could not help me after taking my moneyI have requested reimbursement
