After ordering on 12-2-2016 I have still not received my item. I have called them, texted them, commented on their facebook page (non rude comments just asking them to please contact me. My comments and anothers comments stating they haven't received their items either have been removed from the page), I have private messaged them asking for a tracking number, and I have emailed them with absolutely no response what so ever. I finally had to contact my card company to cancel the change. Sadly this was a Christmas gift for my husband that I will never receive. They are scamming people. It looks as though comments on their webpage have been made by them as well seeing as how its the same profile picture as their Facebook page. They need to be stopped.
I have been looking for an outlet to post a review for quite some time, since my first review was removed by the owner of this business. To make a long story short, I ordered a piece from Rugged Moose Decor and upon receiving it, was very dissatisfied. The job was very obviously rushed, after she seemingly forgot my order completely. The piece did not arrive on time, was poorly packaged and damaged, and was overall not what was ordered. Upon notifying the owner, I was told that she would begin a new one immediately...this never happened. Instead, the project was ignored and I eventually just received a refund with no explanation. When questioned/reviewed, the owner accused me of "trying to ruin her business" and removed the negative review from her page. I believe that this is a very dishonest way of conducting business and wanted to share my story so that others will not be treated the way I was.
