did not recall any additional information on this order. However, we looked further into the order reviewing the geocoding/gps which did confirm that the delivery was made to the correct address. We also reviewed the picture that was captured by the driver at the time of delivery.Picture showed that the package was left at the front door of the complex, not inside the complex which is against UDS standard operating procedures. Supervisors have addressed this matter directly with the driver, and your account has also been marked signature required to ensure this will not take place in the future.
