No I receive FMOs for the whole company

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all the manger never gave me any type of warning about my apartment, she just gave me a 60 day notice to vacate a week after a made the first complaint with the fresno Revdex.com...Second she inspected my home Twice within a year and also Section 8 inspected my apartment a month prior to her "inspection" and it passed there inspection with flying colors, which may I add is very strict ... about the dog she is straight out lying... the manager told me I need to pay extra in order to keep the dog.. also this is the first time hearing about a cat... I'm sorry but I don't know where she pulled that one ... as for the cable wires shes also lying she told me I need to pay for the hole from an previous cable dish... Besides this whole mess the first time I made a complaint with the Revdex.com she gave me a 60 day notice to vacate... The second time I made a complaint with the Revdex.com a few days later she tried to have my car impounded.. the reason I know this is because the apartments private security officer went out of his way to find me and tell me face to face... and I do have proof of that, the note the private security officer gave me clearly says she called.. who knows what shes going to do next... she is a malicious woman... now I'm worried because she knows all my personal information (social security numbers, address, personal contact info)

In regards to this case, an email was sent out to [redacted] on 2/11/16: Hello good morning [redacted], I received the letter attached in regards to case # [redacted]: [redacted].We do yearly inspections of our apartments, in this particular apartment we found several cable wire and holes in the patio- the lease clearly states residents are responsible for any damages.It was never stated to this resident the dog is not allowed in the apartment-this dog is the authorize pet on file. This resident has a cat –this is not an authorize animal.This resident has been issued a 60-day notice to vacate due to the carpet having a strong odor of pet urine from multiple pets- resident is not maintaining the apartment as clearly stated on the lease.

No I receive FMOs for the whole company.

Company lied to me about the property even though I told them I was moving to fresno for work and that I was coming from across the country. Told me the neighborhood was good and that it was really clean and all the neighbors are great. All of this was inaccurate information due to the fact that as soon as I moved in I had to deal with roaches, noisy neighbors and vandalism and obstruction to property. This company is morally incorrect, and I will use my respectable influence to influence the publics to not rent from this agency. No one should rent An apartment from this agency, specifically the "Pinewood apartments" CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!
