[redacted] for services rendered by our facility one check for $2687.20 and another for the interest of $3.55. We requested that she submit only those payments, at which time she decided to send us a personal check # [redacted] in the amount of $2239.20. I am not certain where she got that amount from but we did bill her for the remaining balance of $451.55. In all actuality this could be considered legally theft by deception, we have tried to work with [redacted] to resolve this matter in the form of a payment plan for the remaining balance but then we receive this complaint and I assume that we are at an impasse and I should turn this matter over to our legal department for a resolution since the proof shows that we did absolutely nothing wrong and only requested the remaining balance owed of $451.55.
