I do not know how to reply back to your attachmentsIt tells me to either except or deniedSince we have to pay by the quarter and Jan/Feb/Mar has passed and Apr has passed and one week in May of the second quarter has passedI think it would be best for me to wait until the next quarter which would be July/Aug/Sept to restart back up since weeks of trash pickup has passed for these two quartersSo if they want to send me a bill to pay starting for the months of July/Aug/Sept I will gladly pay for their serviceI want to thank you for your helpNot sure why my letter and stickers which were mailed back to them for the last quarter in got lostI guess this is why we did not get our stickers for the first quarter of from them in order to place our trash outIt must be a problem with our postal system Regards, [redacted] ***

On 5-1-we received your letter informing us of case # [redacted] The following is our response:The client's letter states that she mailed back her stickers with a note requesting we temporarily stop her service until sometime in AprilWe never received the stickers or letterShe did send us a note dated April 4, 2017, (enclosed) asking if we would "start picking up her trash again"She also stated that if we didn't she would just "put her trash with her friends"No phone number was included in the noteI responded by sending her the balance on the account plus the next quarter's amountWhen restarting a customer we require the past due balance and the next quarter's paymentI was under the impression that she just hadn't paid her bill and that we had been picking up her trash until recentlyI sent a letter telling her would resume trash pick/up when the bill was paidI also informed her that setting with your friends is against the law and if the Department of Natural Resources discovered this she could be fined.We have never received a phone call from this client, if we had this could have easily been resolved without further incident.I have spoken with the driver who handles her area and he reports that she has not had service since sometime last yearI am removing the charges for the previous quarters and will happily restart her service when we receive a payment for the new quarter(Our policy is that the quarters are to be prepaid to start and when the next quarter's billing and stickers are sent out that the bill be paid by the 15th of the first month of that quarter.)As for her Mother, I do not know who this customer isThe only time we do not send stickers is when the billing for the previous quarter has not been paidAny time a customer calls to tell us they didn't get there stickers we try to resolve this immediately(Sometimes things are lost in the mail.)Please let us know what further actions need to be taken by us to resolve this matter

Not sure why my letter and stickers which were mailed back to them for the last quarter in 2016 got lost. I guess this is why we did not get our stickers for the first quarter of 2017 from them in order to place our trash out. It must be a problem with our postal system.
