[redacted] hired United Docu Prep, Inc. to get her federal student loans out of default. Due to the fact that she had defaulted on her Direct Consolidated Loans and had been in that status since February 07, 2016 the only way to get her out of default is a nine month rehabilitation program, which...

is facilitated through her crediting company, Action Financial Services. United Docu Prep fulfilled their obligation and set everything up for the rehabilitation program and managed to get her the lowest payment available, which is the $5.00 a month payment (See attachment labeled Ex. 1). During this process, [redacted] received paperwork from us, which she signed and returned. We then, submitted this paperwork to Action Financial Services. This is why [redacted] said in her complaint that she had felt that Action Financial Services had the same documentation, she had sent us. After she was set up with a $5.00/ month payment, [redacted] spoke with Action Financial Services and undid the work she had hired us for. She managed to get herself a much higher payment of $102 a month. Also, I would like [redacted] to know the reason Action Financial Services did not charge her for doing the rehabilitation program is because they will be adding at least 15% to her debt amount on top of her existing debt balance. This 15% are their penalties and fees that goes to them.  -- [redacted]
