Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] No, I would like to clarify that United Domains misrepresented their discussion with me and then had to correct their inaccurate reply to the Revdex.com Now, I have tried to transfer my .SKI domains to another Registrar ( [redacted] .com) and they rejected the Transfer of of the domains This has been common place where they claim one thing & then have to be corrected in their shady tactics! Below is the message I sent to United Domains Support in this continued fiasco with United Domains: THE TEXT BELOW HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT TO [redacted] Now you have declined the Transfer of of domains vt.ski & wa.ski I assume you have declined the because they expired because YOU charged the exorbitant $each & you cancelled the renewals! NH.ski was renewed at $which is even substantially higher than $you charged last year and [redacted] charges $29.99! If you are declining the transfers because they are expired, you are the first of many registrars that I use who deny transfers for this reason I am updating my Revdex.com complaint to include this matter and will lodge a complaint of such practices with [redacted] reporting this practice I may have to renew it at your ridiculous price but want these moved to a competent & trustworthy registrar immediately! We were truly sorry to hear about this experience, which is why we investigated the issue as soon as this customer brought it to our attentionOnce we confirmed the issue and its cause, we set ourselves to making things right for this customer and processing the refund he was rightfully owedWe also covered the overdraft fee he told us he had incurred from his bank.We initiated this customer's refund of $on April 12th, 2017, and the refund was credited back to his card on April 13th, which is the soonest our billing system would allowLike any merchant, we unfortunately don't control when a refund we issue will post to a credit card statement, nor did we claim otherwise in any of our communicationsA credit card company may take up to business days to process a refund, depending on their policyIn most cases, a refund posts within five to ten business daysOnce again, we regret the experience this customer hadTo whatever degree we could have better clarified the timeframe a bank typically requires to process and post a refund, we also apologizeWe have already delivered the refund this customer requested as his desired settlement, and explained why we cannot expedite this refund any further than we already haveIf the refund does not post to his statement within five to ten business days, we recommend this customer contact his bank to confirm that they see the refundWe are happy to answer any other questions he may have in the meantime

Thanks for reaching out to usUnfortunately, the domain registration in question was deleted from our sponsorship by the .BET registry Uniregistry, not by United Domains (the domain registrar)A domain name registry and a domain registrar are two separate entitiesA domain name registry is an organization that manages a top-level domain name, like Uniregistry does with the .BET top-level domain nameA domain name registry is the authority of a domain extension; they create, manage and establish guidelines for domain names under that top-level domain nameDomain registrars like United Domains act as an intermediary between the registrant and registrar, and submit domain registration requests to the registryIn our conversations with this customer, our support team had explained that Uniregistry revoked this domain registration from our sponsorship to correct a clerical issue they experienced, which they explained had mistakenly allowed some domain registrars to create .BET domains that the registry should not have acceptedWe recognize and regret the inconvenience caused by Uniregstry's corrective actionsHowever, as Uniregistry is the .BET registry, they do reserve the right to correct clerical issues such as this, and the registrant does confirm their understanding of this possibility in Section of the Registration Agreement [redacted] which they agree to follow upon placing a domain order with usWhile this matter is regretfully beyond our control as a domain registrar, we are fully refunding this domain's registration fee to the customer, and urge him to contact Uniregistry for all further questions

Yes, this customer's reply about the refunded total is correct, and we sincerely regret the miscommunication in our previous replyTo clarify, the amount we have refunded to this customer was $512.54, which covers the discrepancy concerning the domain renewal totals the customer notified us aboutWe'd like to stress that our customer care representative went over this refund total with the customer when speaking with him on the telephone Thursday, April 13th, and the customer agreed to be credited this total We also agreed to issue the customer an additional credit to cover any overdraft fees this customer incurred as a result of the mistake (which he reported to total $when we spoke to him on the telephone on Thursday, April 13th) once he sent us confirmation of said fees' totals, such as a screenshot of his bank statement displaying the fee or feesOur communication logs show that we have not received any such evidence of the overdraft fee totals from this customer yet, so we have not yet issued the corresponding creditWe remain fully prepared to credit him for any overdraft fees as soon as he affirms their totalsWe again invite him to reach out to us at [redacted] if we can be of further assistance in the meantime
