The carpet was replaced due to damage beyond normal wear and tear, and prorated for lost life based on a 5-year life expectancy (the carpet was new at move-in).
Regarding the statement that the advertising for the apartment was delayed for relet – resident moved out July 5, 2016 and the apartment was relet July 14, 2016.
The current balance due of $1,366.65 is valid and due the Property. If this balance is not paid in full by August 30, 2016, this account will be sent to a third party collection agent. Resident may contact Billing to address the payment due at 720-283-6132.
