1.       On 2/28/2017 Lori Reyes placed an order2.       Order was received into our system 3/1/20173.       Order shipped on 3/2/17·       Unfortunately we...

shipped the wrong item4.       Lori received the item on 3/8/2017 and noticed that it was the incorrect item, she emailed (after hours)5.       On 3/9/2017 we responded to her email and attached call tag (return label – UPS tracking #[redacted]) for the return of the incorrect item.6.       On 3/14/17 Lori mailed the product back to us.  (5 days later)7.       On 3/20/17 we received the item8.       On 3/23/17 we mailed out the correct items (UPS tracking #[redacted])9.       On 4/4/17 - We received the item back as undeliverable – even though we mailed it to the same address as the 1st (incorrect) order was delivered – For some reason UPS stated that the street address is incorrect for the second shipment.  (I am attaching both orders and you will see that the address is the same)10.   Simultaneously Lori contacted us via Facebook.11.   4/4/17 – I sent the following email to Lori and her card was refunded in full.  She has not responded to the email as of today.Hi Lori,First let me apologize for this whole mess. After doing a little research, I do see that we did send the wrong product out the first time, however we did sent out the correct product to the same address and for some reason UPS was said  it was undeliverable.  (It took UPS 10 days to return it to us, so we were unaware that you had not received it (UPS tracking #[redacted]) it was returned to us today) I totally understand your frustration and will be happy to refund your order in full.  You should see the credit within a day or two.  If you choose to use our company again, I would be more than willing to offer you 10% off your next order and I will handle it personally.Just contact me directly:  [redacted] Thank you,[redacted]Paul Conway ShieldsAdministrative Services Director800-955-8489
