We are not members of the Revdex.com, as such we are under no obligation to answer the complaint However, as a courtesy I will respond.The complainant is not pour policyholder as such not a customer and not entitled to any benefits Our legal obligation is to our policyholder only.On 6/4/we denied the claim to both the complainant and to his insurance company [redacted] Based on our policyholder statement the complainant is the at fault party As such they are more than 51% at fault for the loss as such barred from any recovery under the Law 8/we denied [redacted] subrogation claim based on the same denial The complainant is guilty of one or more, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage, improper look out, inattentive driving That no police report was filed We side with our policyholder just like [redacted] would side with the complainant However, [redacted] closed their file.We denied this claim based on liability and continue to deny based on liability We will not reconsider the denial The claim remains denied.Thank you, [redacted] ***Claim ManagerUnited Equitable Group, Ltd

Claim # [redacted] First we are not member of the Revdex.com, as such we are not required to respond to this complaintThis response is simply as a courtesy This party is not a a customer but a 3rd party adversarial claimantWe only owe to repair the vehicle for what it would cost us to repair the vehicleFurthermore, this is a Comparative Negligence State, meaning no one is negligence free We photoed and estimated the damages to this vehicle MsP [redacted] has a copy of our estimate of repairs as well as our settlement draft The rear cover only needs to be refinished and nothing more The amount of the estimate is $ This is the only amount we will consider If she has to rent a vehicle our policy is we will reimburse the rental upon submission of a paid rental car billThis is reimbursed is at the rate of $per day for the time it takes to repair In this case the amount of time to repair is hours or days for an amount of $ We do not advance the amount or direct billing, a paid bill must be submittedReview of the facts of this loss revealed MsP [redacted] made a sudden stop This sudden stop places 50% negligence on her However, a 100% offer was made If our offer is refused then it will be withdrawn and an offer of 50% will be made as the facts of the loss warrants a 50% offer This is final and will not be reconsidered.If she wishes to settle she simply needs to sign the back of the draft and cash it If she rejects the offer she simply needs to write across the front of the draft reject and return it to us At that point MsP [redacted] can take what ever action she wishes and we will respond accordingly.Ron C***Claim ManagerUnited Equitable Group, Ltd
