I am writing you in response to complaint # [redacted] ( [redacted] ).This lab work was ordered by his physician's office on 2/17/2014, our office processed [redacted] ’s lab workThe lab bill was sent to his insurance company ( [redacted] of Nebraska) [redacted] ’s insurance company refused to pay all charges submitted so our office resubmitted this bill additional times to his insurance company and they still refused to pay these chargesWhen this process happens our office has no choice but to send the bill directly to the patient for paymentUnited Esoterics doesn’t have any contract with [redacted] ’s doctors office or with his insurance company because we have no contract with [redacted] of Nebraska our charges to the patient are not required to be adjusted downwardif you have questions, please call me at ###-###-####

When this process happens our office has no choice but to send the bill directly to the patient for payment. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
The services in question were performed in Lincoln, Nebraska.  I have been advised by [redacted] ([redacted]) of Nebraska that United Esoterics does not have a license in Nebraska and therefore United Esoterics can not legally bill for services in Nebraska.  [redacted]'s position is that United Esoterics is not owed anything from insurance or me as the patient since they do not have a Nebraska license. This is the reason that neither [redacted] or I have made a payment to United Esoterics.
