We have received two complaints from this consumerRegarding the first complaint pertaining to privacy concerns: On or about Friday, January 27, a hearing was held with the Department of Ohio UnemploymentPer the due process that lead to such hearing, documentation was requested to be entered
into evidence to support a decisionThis documentation, that which the consumer has since received copies of and referenced in the complaint, was provided to our attorneys in the caseShe would have received this documentation from her respective attorney as copies of the information being entered into court for her recordsRegarding the second complaint surrounding loan promotions more specifically the 90-day deferment offer, our promotions are subject at anytime without noticeAt the time and to our knowledge, the promotion was not on going

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

The member/account holder emailed us on 9/16/16 regarding an issue relative to this one. We reviewed her account at her request and responded leaving her a message to call us to discuss the results of the review. To our knowledge, a return call was never received.

Regarding the first response; the response itself makes absolutely no sense at all. I have reread it several times over and over. Who wrote this stuff? First Service FCU does not even know the actual date of the hearing, really, on or about! The hearing took place on January 27, 2017. The hearing was conducted by the Review Commission for ODJFS (Ohio Department of Job and Family Services) not Department of Ohio Unemployment. Furthermore, documentation was NOT requested by ODJFS as implied in the response. If desired, the parties to the case COULD submit additional information and/or documentation. If additional information and/or documentation was submitted it had to be sent to all parties and be in their possession prior to the hearing at 8:30am. I DID NOT receive the documents until AFTER the hearing took place. I was not represented by an attorney as this would have been indicated on the hearing notice. My question is, what is the attorney's name, address, and phone number, to where these documents were mailed? First and foremost, I should have NEVER received the documents pertaining to my in-laws which contained ALL of their private information! First Service was and is negligent and violated privacy laws as a result of this. Regarding the second response; did they intend for the response to read that their promotions are subject to WITHDRAWAL at anytime without notice? Who writes this stuff? To their knowledge, the promotion was not on-going; are you kidding me! Again, I sent an email to Jack [redacted]/Lending Manager on September 27, 2016 asking him if used autos were included in the 90-day deferment. He replied yes, as well as, new autos and buyback auto loans. Did this email conveniently disappear! My coworker at the time, [redacted] was aware of it also. She emailed Jack about it and he TOTALLY ignored her. Again, to their knowledge, proves they do not know what is happening within the credit union. They can go to Catherine R[redacted] who handles the marketing. This promotion, was all OVER the First Service website, handouts were printed, and it was even in the newsletter. From September 27, 2016 until my last working day of November 4, 2016, NO email was sent stating that the 90 day until first payment promotion was being pulled. So, if promotions are subject to withdrawal at any time without notice, would it not be a coincidence that it was "pulled" when I asked for it on October 31 2016, with my loan request, hence discrimination.
