I am from Massachusetts and had a shipper pick up the item on 2/2/They told me it worked greatIt smoked a little but they fixed itIt got delivered to me on 2/3/I immediately noticed that it still smokedI had contact with them about this and said it would clear upWhat actually
happened is the motor went and blew a hole in itThey told me that machine was sold "AS IS"This is not something that just "happens" and their "*** certified tech" would have heard the noise I did before motor wentWe agreed on a $refund in writing and seller has only refunded $and that was on 3/28/I have not been able to get a hold of them since I wish to have the remaining $refunded to me
