5 year customer 2 units including 1 prior rental ,1home...home unit broke down I paid Jones for annual maintenance.:$!59-$189 year Tech visited...did a song and dance said filter dirty, and no matter labor not covered after 1 year even with annual maintenance agreement. He diagnosed a coil valve problem which would not permit recharging......says parts under warrantee but as more than 2 years old not labor. Est $600 and must wait for part ...getting hot.. A take it or leave it attitude. Called 2 competitors ....both gave lower estimates for Jones diagnosis...but one (Home Tech)..! offered to come right over and got condo cool in less than 2 hours....if warranted part necessary said they will replace under warrantee and future labor charges waived if I paid annual maintenance . Much more professional!
