I see this is going nowhereI left it up to the professional and thought I would be advisedI'll contact another company and post in future that any client "buyer bewarec that you're only an installer and not the professional that provides advise/recommendation on what's best for the client Thank you for this wasted communication of non-resolution

We did not ask for any money up front for paymentWe made sure that this job was completed and satisfactory; and Ms*** paid after the job was completed and she was supposedly satisfiedThis job was installed over months ago, and now Ms*** is complaining that the fence is unsatisfactoryIf this fence was unsatisfactory; then Ms*** would not have paid us for the installation once we completed the job until she was satisfiedAgain, it is not our job to "know" what type of fence to put up for each dog to make sure that they are secureWe install what fencing we are told to install by the customerSo, there will be a charge if we add bottom rail to the dog pen, or change the wire gaugeAs what Ms*** paid for is the exact fencing that is installed in her dog pen enclosureIf Ms*** wanted a thicker gauge wire used or bottom rail run; then *** should have been notified when he went out to give the estimate

All this gate needed to be was adjustedMy crew that is experts on wood fences and gates went to look at this Friday 8/21/The gate is now adjusted like it needs to be, and no new gate is neededThe concrete had finally settled and the post was leaning a little

We installed the fence in July We did not hear anything about that posts were not cemented in the ground until December of So that is a total of years and months after we installed the fence that passed before we heard anything about that posts were not cemented in the groundWe
have been in business since 1963, and we do not install a job where the posts are not cemented in the groundWe have had tropical storms, hurricanes, and wind gusts of over miles per hour that has happened in the last yearsWe do not ever collect on a job until the customer is 110% satisfied, and when we finished the job, they were happy and paid our company for the installation of the fenceWe warranty the fence workmanship for year, and if she would have called in within the year, then we would have had no problem going out to fix whatever needed to be doneSo therefore, she would have had to pay for the work repairs to be done because it has been years and months after the installationBut, we just could not drop the current jobs we were doing, and send a crew to fix repairs on a fence that was installed almost years ago

Mrs***,In the many phone calls we have received from you concerning your fence, we have been very open and honest about the delay we have had with our supplier, and many times we have tried to work out resolutions with you but you have not given us a chance to offer such resolutions in the
midst of your cursing and screaming and then hanging up on our employeesFor example, we are aware that since your existing fence was removed that you have had problems with keeping your dogs in the yardWell, had you given us a chance to speak calmly with you, we are willing to come over and put up some temporary fencing to contain your dogs until our supplier could provide us with the materialsAnother effort we made to contain your dogs was that we installed the 6' tall portion of your fence the minute we received those materials from our supplier. As for why our supplier is telling us they don't have the pickets for the 8' tall portion of your fence, but telling you they have plenty is something that is beyond our controlWe are in touch with them daily ordering product or receiving product, and the answer regarding the materials for your job has been the same every dayWe are on your side in this matter, in fact, we have been very aggressive with our supplier regarding the delay for the materials for your job.In closing, as of yesterday, we were guaranteed from our supplier that we will have the materials for the 8' tall portion of your fence by the end of the day on Wednesday, May 18th, and assuming they will follow through with their promise, we will have your fence completed by the end of the day on Friday, May 20thAnd, because of the delay that you have experienced with your fence, we are willing to offer you reasonable discount on the final payment for the fence

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the salesman came by and took pictures and said that the fence will be six foot pickets with an additional 2 feet above it. And you say it is 8' pickets (there is actually a space for a rail at six feet) So which is it? That is the reason I get upset is because there are too many differences in what is said.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I do still have Ms. [redacted] on the schedule to get those boards nailed back up. It wouldn't take $1,000.00 to get someone to repair the fence. She is on schedule for either Tuesday 5/19/15 or Wednesday 5/20/15 for me to send a crew out to nail boards back on her fence. I will make sure this is taken...

care of adequately the first part of this week.

This is the first notice we have received regarding Ms. [redacted]. We have not received a notice prior to this one.  I apologize, as I thought that this matter had already been resolved. I will have a crew working near Ms. [redacted]'s house tomorrow (Wednesday, 5/13/2015) or Thursday,...

5/14/2015.....and I will make sure that they get by there to nail the 4-5 boards back up right.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The reason that I do not accept this resolve is the fact that although I was provided with unsatisfactory products and now service, the business chooses to charge extra for fencing that should have been installed. The current fencing is loose and very flexible unlike standard fencing on i.e. a school yard (Carver High) or any business. The quality of work should not differ based on the customer. I asked for simple resolve, not rhetoric about dogs and what other dogs have done. As the dog owner, my responsibility is to my community to maintain my dogs in a manner free of hindrance to others. Once more, my unprofessional solution would be installation of piping around the interior perimeter which the existing fencing can be actually connected to. While fixing this issue, tightening of the fence would be optimal as well. My email response to theirs was merely that I'd take a refund and return of materials if ensuring a customers satisfaction is beneath their scope. Ultimately, I'd like to be able to utilize equipment that I paid over $1000 for as this type of money is not easily obtained.

Below is the email that I sent to Ms. [redacted] regarding the fencing. We cannot guarantee that a fence will keep dogs inside. That is the owners responsibility as all dogs have different personalities. This type of fence has held many, many dogs inside.
Ms....

[redacted],
I did get with [redacted] regarding the dog run. We have not had a crew that has been able to go out and look and see if a stronger fencing will secure your dogs. [redacted] also stated that there will be a charge if we go to a thicker gauge wire. We cannot guarantee what will keep a dog inside a fence (as each dog has its own personality). The fence that was installed has secured many, many dogs. So, there was no guarantee when this fence was installed, that the fencing would keep your dogs in. We cannot make that guarantee. As soon as a crew is available; we will send them out to take a look and see if a thicker gauge wire will help; but again, there will be a charge if we use a thicker gauge wire.

I tried to contact Mrs. [redacted] Monday, 6/6/16 and Wednesday, 6/8/16; and was just informed that she is actually out of the country. I called her cell phone and left her a voicemail to call me so we can set up an appointment to meet her at her house to fix what needs to be on the fence that was...

installed in January 2016. She should be back in the country either Monday, 6/13/16 or Tuesday, 6/14/16; so we should be able to set up an appointment to meet her at her house the end of next week (week of 6/13/16-6/17/16).
