QC has taken money for a course and failed to deliver the customer service expected for £1058.00. Feel QC has not stuck to promises made when started. I began my course and submitted my first assignment which was marked and feedback left on the 10/11/14. Since this contact there has been no further contact or support from the school regarding the course. I feel this is unacceptable as advertised on the website it promises that the school will develop and maintain relationships with students and graduates and that the student support team is outstanding. I have only ever received contact from the school to collect payments and nothing more. What has left me feeling the need to complain is the fact that I lost my bank card so therefore cancelled and ordered a new one. I had previously always kept up with payments and if for any reason payments couldn't be collected I always gave them another day or asked them to try again which always resulted in payment being taken. I enrolled in a online course to be certified as a MaArtist, through qc maacademyI have several problems ranging from customer service to submitting homework for grading onlineI have tried several times to speak with to resolve these problems, through emails and phone callsAll my emails have come back no such addressThe advisor I spoke with , told me that the only way I could get graded was to submit homework online , and this was after I offered to send my homework in by mailI was told the only way I could get a refund was to send all materials back but with days of start date.***I want my money back and should be allowed to keep materials

I love QC! There is so much you can learn from the comfort of your own home and am so happy that I am apart of the QC familyI look forward to continuing my education in other fields that QC offers as well! A++++
