United Floor Covering

I had new carpet put in prior to moving back to our house after renting for several years while stationed elsewhere. We returned to our home just after carpet was installed. Called [redacted], owner, a few months after moving in to have him come look at the seams of the carpet which were separating and fraying at each seam. He agreed it needed attention. FINALLY got him to send someone to repair it. The installers noticed several mistakes in the installation, and voiced this to me at the time. Still the edges were gapped. Guests noticed the seperation. Contacted [redacted] again, he is very difficult to get on the phone. It takes him weeks to get back to you. He sent another guy to repair it after coming out for the third time, who said it was layed incorrectly and he wouldn't touch it because it wouldn't make it better. He suggested patching it with carpet from inside of a closet, shuck would make more seams and wasn't guaranteed that would fix my problem. The solution [redacted] came up with was for me to buy new carpet again. I sent [redacted] a message stating I thought the carpet was under warranty and that he should replace it without me buying new carpet again. He of course didn't respond to me at all!!!! I am SO upset and displeased. I pleaded for him to make it right and he has ignored me!!! What an aweful experience.
