The customer needs to understand that all the vehicles that we have here are used vehiclesNone of these are newHaving said this, we always assure the customer feels comfortable with the vehicle they want to purchaseOur intentions are never to try to trick a customer [redacted] needs to understand that she wont find the perfect used car with no problemsOnce the customer signs the papers, they should make sure their vehicle is kept up to dateBuying a BMW is expensive for partsI bought a BMW myself and it did cost me a good fortune to get it fixedIt is not a shocker for the customer having to pay more than $+for a used BMWSomething that [redacted] also says is that I, Jose, has been denying to talk to herThat is a lie because only once has she been talking to me by phone and that day she was cussing me out, and I do not work with customers like that [redacted] , [redacted] 's boyfriend, who has been driving the vehicle had called me once on wanting to change the battery because it didn't want to workI told him it was okay to bring it back because we had a warranty on itNever did he come back with the other batteryThen [redacted] told us that there was a problem with the fuel pump so he tried to fix it himself because he was a "certified mechanic"He called us angry saying his vehicle did not want to workSo we told him that we would not work with him until he would calm downOnce he did we told him we would pick up the car to get it looked atWe agreed that we were going to get it fixed but never did we say that it would be for free [redacted] kept telling us that he was a certified mechanic but never showed us his certificateOur mechanic looked at the vehicle and saw it was not installed correctlyWe installed the fuel pump correctly, fuel filter installed, and he cleaned the fuel injectionsAll this this did cost $for labor and the $to pick it upSo the total was $ [redacted] came with a different attitude wanting help with the expensesEven though we didn't have to help him out, we didSo we gave him a $credit for the expenses and we were goodI do not know why [redacted] has been the one complaining if we have been helping them outNow [redacted] is on the contract but [redacted] has been driving the vehicle [redacted] has failed to show proof of insurance where both [redacted] and [redacted] are insuredShe has been saying that we want to lie and do everything sketchy but she has just been playing games with us.We as a friendly dealer always try to help every customer, but if the customer is cussing, calling names, discriminating us, we have no reason to help out [redacted] has not been a good customer to work with and because of how she has been with us, we wont help her like that [redacted] will be taken to court for discrimination and she can bring any proof she would has for our actionsAt this moment we have a lawyer that is looking into this case and will send a statement on Revdex.com and also to court [redacted] keeps assuming things and tries to make us like the bad ones

complaint # [redacted] bought the BMW 330i on July 29th of The customer signed all paperwork stating she was buying a used vehicle "AS-IS"Having this said, there will be times when a used vehicle will has problems coming up here and thereOne never knows what a used vehicle can go throughHowever it is the responsibility of the customer to fix anything that happens to the vehicle once they drive out the lotAs a dealership we do offer the help to get the vehicle fixedWe receive a call from [redacted] 's boyfriend " [redacted] " telling us that there were several problems with the car and that he said he had to fixThey never let us know beforehand so we could find a way to help them out [redacted] said he had to fix different problems with the vehicle even though he is not a licensed mechanicWe told them to bring in the vehicle last week because it was causing problems and we had our mechanic checking itWhile our mechanic was checking he said there were parts that were not assembled correctlyIt was the same parts that [redacted] had said he had to fixOur mechanic fixed the car and it was $labor and partsEven though it cost us $to fix, we told them it would be charged $to help them outWe gave them the vehicle back on 11/fixed and readyWith every customer we find the best way to help them outIf you have any questions feel free to call us at 317-822-or email at [email protected] Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The dealer is correct as far as me purchasing a vehicle as is, however when purchasing a vehicle it is the dealership’s responsible to inspect the vehicle and make sure the vehicle is in safe condition which this dealership fail to do as of today my vehicle has had two recalls for airbags both the driver and the passenger's airbag both need to be replaced this is per the Carfax report which I had to request myself online, these two recall happen in before I purchased the vehicle from themAs far as when the first initiative complaint which was advised to the dealer within two weeks that we had to replace a shock and that the vehicle was not operating correctlyOf course, when purchasing a used vehicle there are things that need to be replaced, however within the last months I have replaced over $worth of repairs on this vehicle all which I have receipts forThe reason why the dealer received a phone call from my boyfriend and not for myself it's because the dealer refuses to speak, in any professional establishment this is not a way to do business with a customerThe owner Ricardo aka Jose states that he's not able to deal with a hostile customer this was advised to me during my visit to the dealership, one of the employees Alex called Jose on the phone Jose stated that he did not want to deal with me and he refused to speak with me that he was not going to speak to me this was all dialogue in Spanish I'm not sure if the dealer is unaware that I am fluent in Spanish The day I called to complain to the dealer in regards to the vehicle not working, we stated that we were currently repairing the vehicleThe vehicle had quit running in the middle of us driving it and therefore we were tired of fixing the vehicle and that we were no longer going to continue to do thisI also stated that we were getting ready to drop off the vehicle to him at his lot and he can deal with the vehicle himself He then stated that he would come and pick up the vehicle and that he was going to fix it and help usHe did not state that he was going to charge me for anything until the day of picking the vehicleAs far as my boyfriend not being a licensed mechanic the current mechanics that the dealership has employed don't speak English and they are not certified mechanics since people can't get certified if you're not legally in the United States nor speak enough English to be able to get certifiedI also do agree that the parts were incorrectly on the vehicle as we were in the middle of repair the vehicle and didn’t complete the partsParts were hanging off the vehicle because we stopped working on the vehicle after he stated he was going to pick up the vehicleWe did not continue to work on the vehicle, we just left the parts that need to be put back on inside the vehicle for him to come and fix, he didn't replace any parts of the vehicle as I have pictures from before and after and the parts are still the same nothing has been replaced all he did was retape some wires and he's charging me $for laborWhen I asked the mechanic myself what he repaired he refused to tell me I am in disbelief that the state allows this person to run a business which is a scam I am not the only person complaining about this dealership per google’s reviews within the last months this dealership has had several complaints from different consumers who have driven out of this dealership's lot and immediately the car breaks down and the dealership owner then blames the customerI believe that this dealer needs to be investigated as far as the scam operation that he's running and also his "repair shop" that he hasI feel as I am driving a death-trap and I would like my deposit back Regards, [redacted]
