Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I used the exact same verbiage when canceling both of our accounts in AprilIt was literally copy and pastedDoesn't make sense why one account would be cancelled and the other needs more informationThey never reached out to my husband asking for more information either And their response to what happened when I reached out in August is completely beating around the bush, as they already said my husbands account should have been cancelled at that time but someone screwed upAs far as the refunds go, I can't say if that's resolved or not because I have to see if they charge my account again next month Sincerely, [redacted]

***,It appears there is some confusion regarding the situation surrounding the “Perfect Pre-Game Picks" beta test done in NovemberThe email you referennce, sent on November 3, 2017, states: "We are preparing to launch a few new initiatives in our game: Perfect Picks, Daily Point Leaders, and Power PlayersWe will continue to provide all the details about these initiatives throughout the month.” It also stated: "Imagine what can happen when we launch this feature to the world ” and used other similar language thought the correspondence.It was clear in the email that this was a pre-launch situation (a.k.abeta test) being offered solely to our Affiliates prior to an actual launch to our overall user base; though the exact term ‘beta’ was not directly used in this particular correspondence.Additionally, there were no finite rules set at the time of that email, but rather, it was directly stated that more details would be released at another timeAlthough, the email does also state: "If you get a perfect set of pre-game picks (meaning you get out of questions right in your pre-game picks) ”; suggesting that games not including questions were already deemed non-qualified.The disqualified games you reference, details for which were given in another correspondence from the company at a later date, included games wherein the initial results shown were incorrect due to some inaccuracies in the answersUpon correcting these answers, the final results were changedIn other words, the initial results you may have seen were not correct, and upon correction and finalization, many did not get a perfect score as they initially thought.Our records indicate that you only obtained a total of perfect pre-game picks during the beta period; not enough for required to get the $1,prizeAll of those who legitimately obtained or more perfect pre-game picks were, in fact, awarded with the $1,000.We encourage you to reach out to us directly, should you ave any further questions or concerns regarding this matter.Sincerely,United Games

I am rejecting this response because: United Games gave me an email address and contact person named "Bob" that was supposedly the 3rd party vendor I sent an email to that individual and never heard from "Bob" or anyone else and the so-called vendor company I kept requesting a name and phone number for the third party vendor to speak with someone directly about my refund and United Games NEVER provided me that information Clearly United Games is giving the run around PLEASE SEE ATTACHED EMAIL CORRESPONDENCEAlso, I request a check refund because I closed that the credit card the $was charged to.Thank you

***,Upon reviewing your correspondence with the company, we have found that the appears to have been some miscommunication in the case of your husband's account, as you both had separate accounts.Upon your initial cancellation request in April 2017, your account was in fact canceledHowever, your
husband's separate account was notThe company reached out to your husband asking for additional verification regarding his account, but never received a direct response.In August 2017, you reached out to us again and this is where the miscommunication took place, as your account was confirmed cancelled on our side, but not your husband's account.However, we have effectively cancelled all accounts using the credit card in questions and have refunded all funds charged to that credit card since April 2017. Doesn't make sense why one account would be cancelled and the other needs more information.
