Review: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I went to put gas from pump number one in my motorcycle and the handle of the nozzle got stuck because it is broken and if I would not have noticed it fuel would have spilled outside of my tank. I only had $10 in my account and that was what I planned to use but since the handle got stuck it overdraft my account. Forgetting about the money because I can just transfer some from my savings, I went inside to let whoever was inside know that the pump was broken. The second word out of the guys mouth and he started rising his voice and asking me to show him. I showed him and than he started yelling that I shouldn't use it and to just go somewhere else. I was just really surprised that he was yelling at me because the gas pump was broken, I was just trying to tell them because that is a big safety hazard.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be accountable for their upkeep of their gas station keeping it a safe place to purchase fuel, also that they know of the wrong doing and to understand how customer service works.

Company states that all his pumps are working and they are inspected. They always pass inspection. The consumer may not have known how to work the pump. This is the only consumer that has had a problem with the nozzle. The consumer speaks bad words to us and tells us to go back to our country.
Please do not come to our property. We do not like your language.

I, myself am also an immigrant. I got to The States less than 9 years ago when I was 21 years old. But now I'm being accused of racist and wrong doing. How could I have gone from reporting a broken nozzle to telling the representative to go back to his country??? As soon as I walked-in complaining he started yelling and DEMAMDING for me to proof my statement. I ended up putting my voice at the same level of his for the simple fact that I am a customer and therefore I shall be respected as such. His answer to this complaint just proved my point, that instead of finding a middle ground, he rather lose a customer and BANNED me from his property. I do not have the time nor the energy to keep this up but I made my point showing on how much that person cares about his business and customers.
