*** *** & UGC were a nightmare! 10+ months to tile bedroom, renovate bathroom, add closetHe repeatedly lied, didn't pay at least two subs; WE were threatened with a lien by plastererPocket doors installed, then repaired twiceLeft many gouges & a 15-18" bulge on wallWalls not cleaned or prepped, left bubbles all overDidn't paint floor to ceiling closet cornersAdded shelf instead of rod to closet, then added too long rod, didn't cut both ends, didn't use brackets, rod sags Some areas without groutRepeatedly painted without allowing for drying causing crackingArgued over paint, doors, closet fixture & exhaust fanIgnored cabinetry design and brought extreme opposite! Tiled around instead of under furniture, left grout on walls & furnitureElectrician installed light with no switch; disconnected fan switch, left old switch in center of newly extended wall, didn't connect fan to anything Filthy! Mixed paint and dirt! Nightmare!!
