The original piece of granite chosen was a huge piece and difficult to work with and it did break. I explained to her since the piece was so large it would be better for the safety of my employees and the stone that we install in sections. She agreed and approved of this action. We
installed the stone and she owed me the final payment. The installation took place on 09-16-and on 09-20-I asked her when she was going to pay. She said she would pay the next day when the sealer came out. On 09-21-I called again and she said she would send out the payment. On 09-24-I contacted her again as I had not received the payment. I told her I could pick it up, but she said she was out of town and would be back on 09-28-16. I called on 09-28-and did not receive a response. I called on 09-29-and she told me the check was in the mail and we verified my address. On 10-05-I called again as I had not received the check and that if I did not receive payment I would place a lien on her home Monday, 10-10-16. She said she could pay me in monthly installments, but did not mention the amount that would be paid every month. I told her we do not do financing and she needs to pay in full. She then made threats of going to Revdex.com and social media, but said she would put a check in the mail tomorrow for a monthly payment and this was showing her making a good faith effort. She said my sales person has made sexual comments to her because she was a female. I asked her for proof of this conversation, but she has never produced any text messages of this. I gave her a $discount when we started the project and as of 11-22-she has not made her final payment to me.***

We have made 40 attempts to contact Mr. [redacted]. We did go out there and start the job. I did the demolition of the kitchen. We started putting up the cabinets and [redacted] starts throwing cabinet doors and cussing our crew out. They called me and I told them to leave the job site. Their tools are still...

being held captive on the job site. I have spoken to [redacted]’s roommate and told them we will get back over there and do the work when there is availability, they were not happy with that. He has threatened us to everyone over the sun. We have been diligently trying to do what we can. We are trying to resolve the issue, but the consumer will not get back to us. He will only send letters to us by mail. All this was going to be done before Christmas, but then the situation happened with the cussing and throwing materials at our crew. We will always make a good faith effort to resolve any issue, but we have done what we can at this time.

We were notified there was a complaint. We immediately contacted the consumer and went out and resolved the issue. Both parties are satisfied.
