The response from United Hair is not trueAs a matter of fact, I got my nails and eyelashes done the same day for my cousins wedding that weekendMy mother was with me and she got her hair cut too, by ***In fact *** forgot to charge my mom for the hair cut and had to remind ***
As I said before, on the way home when my hair started to dry, we noticed how frizzy it looked and called ***She said oh just put some conditioner on it it will be fineWell it wasn't and still isn't*** called me the next evening to ask about my hairI was leaving for Thousand Oaks for the weddingMy mom talked to her and said she's bring in picturesWhich she did and asked for a refund*** said no I spent too much time
She showed her how fried my hair is but she didn't careSo my mom said she was going to report her to Revdex.comMy mom called the city hall and got the name of the other owner , *** *** and called her, told her everything, and she kept saying how did you get my numberShe was mad and said she'd call my mom backWell she didn'tMy mom called her again and again. Sometimes she would answer and say I'll call you backShe called my mom and one point and said you have to talk to ***. She said I tried but *** wouldn't listenThen my mom called her again and she said I'm not the owner
Anyway I have all the phone recordsI'd like to see them dispute that

I'm surprised with the complaint filed by *** *** against me with Revdex.com because firstly I'm not sure that *** *** received my service during the period filed in the complaint and secondly there's no complaint during this period had been made appropriately to United Hair and Nail's return policy.
In order to receive the refund, a client(s) must allow United Hair and Nails' associates to verify and determine that the damaged is caused by a service received at United Hair and NailsHowever; during this period we did not have any complaint like such against me or any other associates at United Hair and Nails
In conclusion, I find this complaint is not true and greatly insulting my profession.
I may consider a legal options to settle this complaint, however; I'd you to post my side of story to your website so that viewers can view my responds

Review: [redacted] had done a spiral perm on me last year and it was fine. On Feb. 12th 2014 I made an appointment to get another spiral perm and she left me in the back and over processed my hair. my hair is literally burned. I called her crying after my hair dried and told her what it looked like and she said just put conditioner on it. Well needless to say, it didn't help. It is so fried nothing can be done. I had a wedding to go to and had to buy a wig. I went to other beauty shops and they said she over processed it and would not do a reverse perm because my hair is too damaged. My Mom and I told [redacted] we deserve a refund and she said no. We paid her $55.00 plus a $20.00 tip. When your perm is wet you can't really tell what it looks like until it drys. We left the salon with wet hair, that's why I called her when it dried and then we saw how damaged it was. My Mom even took pictures of my hair and she didn't care. All the beauticians we saw said [redacted] should not even have a beauty license. When someone is unhappy with their hair they should return the money.Desired Settlement: I want the whole amount back. $75.00
