Review: I have been an employee of [redacted] since 10/20012 . in a nut shell I was terminated on 05/**/2015. I was seen in [redacted] on 04/**/2015 .My insurance company did not cover my expenses. I was also seen by my. primary doctor on 05/**/2015. Again my insurance company did not pay . Again when I fist obtained the insurance , they did not pay . I was sent a code stating not eligible at that time. also when I was terminated my [redacted] was not sent in a timely manner. I was in contact with employer , Lisa J[redacted] stated, "she had nothing to do with the medical insurance. When the finally contacted me it was right after I had enrolled in another insurance company via the Medical health act. Please keep in mind that this delayed my treatment due to lack of medical insurance . I still have the copy of certified mail letter sent from my insurance company three days shy of ineligibility . Current employees are now being sued do to insurance company not paying. [redacted] own by [redacted] is aware of the problem and continues to do nothing about itDesired Settlement: Insurance was valid only on paper please investigate I would like a full refund of all premiums

Review: Total mismanagement of payment to healthcare providers. I was told repeatedly by numerous customer service representatives that a check was written. I was also given a check number and amount but no payments or check was ever sent to my healthcare providers. This issue has been address on more then one occasion and multiple calls for almost a full year. Furthermore, their customer service representatives are very evasive when I ask for proof of a check as well as rude and condescending.Desired Settlement: Payments made to my healthcare providers for health services rendered.
