If you have any issues you have 1 choice. Send an Email to customer service. I tried to get a refund. No reply. I called the order line and they cannot provide any help. The order taker could not even tell me where the company was located. The address is actually a PO box in the student union on the Florida State University campus. This was without a doubt my worst internet purchase experience ever. Never did get my money back.
Review: First of all let me thank you for responding to my messages. I have left several messages with your company's answering service specifically your returned merchandise department. I also responded to a [redacted] and asked about my refund for returned merchandise, I have not received a response yet.

I will explain the problem to you. In October 2013 I placed an online order for a complete Thera-Slide system, there was a special that day with United Health Supply and was charged on the 7th of October 333.63 for two items. In November, I called to find out the status of my order and was told that they had manufacture problems and that I would receive my items on the 16th on November, I did not receive them on that date.
About a week later or so I did receive the elastic handles but not the bar or additional slide. In December 2013 I called and asked again when I could expect delivery and was told the 12th of December. The slide came but no rail and the rail never came to this day. I emailed Molly and asked about an RMA because I had not received all the items. Molly sent me the RMA with specific instructions and I did follow then. I also included in the returns a copy of the email Molly and I had with the instructions.
I used my tracking number to ensure the items made it to their destination and it only took 3 days. I mailed them on the 26th of December 2013. In January I wrote Molly again and asked when I could expect payment and she said that it usually takes the items one month to be returned to the original company/firm which in this case is Patterson Medical Supply. It has been well over a month and still, the only person I have heard from is you. I did leave messages with the returns department.
I should have received a tracking number when I placed the order, I did not. I contacted the Revdex.com and had trouble with their website also.
