First of all, the [redacted] were not my customersI was hired by [redacted] *** (the seller) to repair/service both A/C systems at [redacted] As per the Home Inspection Report both units were old and maybe need to be replaced very soonThe manufacturing date was My job was to repair/service both units which I did by manufacture's guide lines, and made sure both units working properlyThe job was done on April 14th Invoice was sent to and paid by sellerPlease see attached documents.As per seller, [redacted] had a final walk through before Settlement (April 24th, 2016) to check everything and no complaints were made to me by seller at that time, which means that buyers made sure those units were in working Condition and they were Satisfied with my work at that timeNow After more than months of usage, the leak had happened on June 30th, As per buyer, leaking was caused since the Secondary drain pipe was disconnected to the drain panMay be buyers themselves accidently kicked off the pipeThey could have minimized the damage by just turning off the upper level unit instead of blaming others and demanding the $for fixing up minor repair.This matter is direct dispute between [redacted] ***/the seller and [redacted] /the buyer [redacted] involved me for no reason.Lastly, I also want to bring your attention to an important matter that the [redacted] buyer have sued [redacted] *** as seller, seller's agent Hameed V***, and me personally (not United Heating & AC) in Prince William County CourtThe first hearing date was held on September 28th, Buyer asked seller to Pay $and was rejected by sellerThe trail is set for December 20th, I have attached the home inspection report, home inspection Contingency removal addendum, invoice and Prince William County Court documents here for your referenceIf you should have any questions, please feel free to call me at [redacted]

Invoice was sent to and paid by seller. Now After more than 2 months of usage, the leak had happened on June 30th, 2016. As per buyer, leaking was caused since the Secondary drain pipe was disconnected to the drain pan. May be buyers themselves accidently kicked off the pipe. They could have minimized the damage by just turning off the upper level unit instead of blaming others and demanding the $3250 for fixing up minor repair.This matter is direct dispute between [redacted]/the seller and [redacted]/the buyer. [redacted] involved me for no reason.Lastly, I also want to bring your attention to an important matter that the [redacted]buyer have sued [redacted] as seller, seller's agent Hameed V[redacted], and me personally (not United Heating & AC) in Prince William County Court. The first hearing date was held on September 28th, 2016. Buyer asked seller to Pay $5000 and was rejected by seller. The trail is set for December 20th, 2016.
