Yes, due to changes by the city of San Ramon regulations for window and door replacement the french doors that
were installed were not approved by the cityWe are working on correcting this problemThe appropriate doors have been ordered through our vendor, however they were custom sizes so lead time is extensiveThey should be here within months endAs soon as new doors are received we will be installingWe are in contact with the homeowner constantly and as soon as the doors are received we will schedule installationWe want this matter resolved as soon as possible as does the homeowner

I cannot accept their response at this time as they have told me the doors are on order at least times over the last monthsI want to believe them, but until the doors arrive, I will not accept their wordThe moment those doors are in place I will be satisfied completely....shame it had to come to this

I had confirmed with Mr*** that the doors were indeed orderedI asked if he would like a copy of the invoice, he declinedI have attached the order invoiceI hope this matter will be resolved and these complaints can be removed promptly

When response was sent job was not completed Is is was completed 11/30/ I was never contacted by business owner to justify the cost or to respond to the problems I
had wanted the job completed prior to visitors mid September, then I again asked that it be completed prior to visitors in Early November Still nothing was done until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com The job looks fine, except where paint was spilled on walkway Hopefully it will fade with timeEven though I am rejecting the response No further action is required. This customer has not ever officially in writing canceled this contractBut since they are not making a complaint and this is the first time we have heard about thisWE will be sending out a refund check of the deposit and will send it
certified mailWhen this is done we will update the Revdex.com with the confirmation number

The job has been completed and the customer is happy.
