Some of the worst customer experience I've ever hadThey say your on their schedule for a certain afternoon and then you take work off and you are not on their scheduleThen no flexibilty in rescheduling They over billedThey Misdiagnosed the problem so then had to take another day off for them to come out again The whole thing was a messAnd on top of all their mistakes instead of being apologetic or accommodating they were rude and sarcastic
