UHS put a new roof on my house and garageThey also did some remodeling in my homeThe owner was very serious about getting the work done and getting it done on timeHe showed up multiple times to check on all of the workers throughout the last couple of weeksI couldn't be more pleasedExcellent work!

United Home Solutions is an outstanding company to work with on any type of home repair issue* *** was the contact whom I spoke with initially, and then it was the company owner, *** Both men are top notch There aren't too many people you can say: when they say they'll do something, they do But with this company, no promise was left unfulfilled I would recommend, and have, this company to absolutely anyone looking for someone honest, and forthright, to complete any project they need help with Call them, you will be impressed and taken care of completely Totally happy!!

Rob was absolutely great to work withHe was very knowledgeable about the product, the workmanship was excellent, and he even finished my roof a couple days ahead of scheduleAfter the project he walked me around the jobsite to explain exactly what had been done, and to answer any questions I hadHe runs a well-organized, clean jobsiteIf I could rate them higher I would

UHS is a company that will go to great lengths to get the job done! We had an insurance claim deny a new roof and with UHS help we got it approved for a full new roof! Excellent news considering we live at the edge of a hill where the wind barrels down and tore apart a year old roofLots of negative reviews on here about time constraints(this year) but understand that emergencies for them were top priorityLeaking houses took 1st priority over just a few shingles/wind damage (like mine)...coming from a business that had a lot of time constraints I understand 100%My thoughts are I'd prefer to know that they care that much to help people who are at risk for major property damage first! Think about if you were in others shoesThe manager was very apologetic about wait times as well and even offered more off of what we owed in the endThe final product was beautifully done with a 10+ year warrantyThey were always easily reachable and always returned phone calls/texts/emails during the whole processI'd recommend them to my friendsThanks for my new high end wind resistant classy looking shingles!

Correct. They did attempt to correct the shingles but are still not laying down, the tech believes the shingles are creased or the ice and rain barrier is wrinkled up and may need to be replacedIf the shingles do not laydown by Monday I am to call them back and the sections will need to be replacedIssue not resolved as of yet***

"line-height:115%,"sans-serif"> Mr*** did have a contract dated
11/31/with our company, in which we were assisting him with a claim, due to
weather damage on his homeHowever, there was a delay, due to poor weather, in
getting the adjuster out to the propertyThe adjuster agreed with our findings,
which included hail and wind damage to the roof, gutters, and sidingThe customer
was granted a full exterior restorationWe emailed over our estimate and
documents to the adjuster on December 26th, After approval,
the insurance company released the first installment, which we collected on
January 16th, Although we could not start the job until the
weather broke, we stayed in contact with the customer on a weekly basisWe
scheduled the *** production as soon as we got a break in the weather
and completed their gutters shortly after the roof was put onSubcontractor,
*** ***, did the gutter job and was the subcontractor that has been in
contact with them about the sidingMr*** was paid as soon as he
submitted his invoice for the guttersThe siding that the *** picked
was a special order sidingThe sales person grabbed the special order color
samples by accident for the *** to choose fromThis was brought to our
attention once we submitted our order to our local distributorWe were told
there was a back order and we should receive the siding within 4-weeks
Shocked at the delay and price difference due to the special order status, we
contacted the *** and explained that there was a mistake in the color
samples brought to themWe further explained that the insurance company had
paid for a traditional colorThe color that they had selected was not only an
upgrade, but was a special order and was on back orderWe told them there was
a closely matched siding in the traditional color selection and scheduled a
time that week to bring out those samplesWe brought the samples by and they
had told us that they would be back in touch with us after they decided on a
colorWe received a call about a week later from the ***, stating that
they did not like any of the traditional colors and that the special order
color is the color on the contractThey informed us that they were not
changing their mindsThis is when the Revdex.com was brought up, as they threatened
to contact the Revdex.com if we didn't stick to our contractAfter being told this,
we began to look for the siding elsewhere, as the cost was significantly
higherAfter finding the siding at a better price, (still much higher than the
traditional color siding) we contacted the *** and told them we would
honor our contractWe told them that we had placed their order and would be
expecting the siding to be ready within 4-weeksWe were contacted by the
distributor and informed that the siding was on it's way to them and that they
would have it in daysWe contacted the *** and told them we would be
starting on their job the following weekWe then contacted Mr*** and
scheduled the siding job with himWhen the siding arrived at the distributor,
it was discovered that the order delivered was the wrong productSince this
was during the weekend, they could not get the siding until the following
Tuesday or WednesdayWe updated the *** and told them about the mix-up
They were disappointed, but understoodWe also let Mr*** know, that
there was a delay on the start of the siding jobThe following week the
correct siding arrivedThen we were hit with a downpour of rain that did not
stop for almost weeksDue to the size of the job, we needed at least 4-
days of clear weatherWe did not want to deliver the siding and have it sit at
the property, as this was a large orderweeks later there was a break in the
weather, but only for dayAfter looking at the weather forecast, we
tentatively planned for the job to start the following MondayWe then
contacted Mr*** and told him we had Mrand Mrs*** scheduled
He stated he was in the middle of a job and could not start the ***
job on MondayAfter discussing this with the ***, they became very
upset, so we sought out a different subcontractor that came highly recommended
They said they could start the following weekThey did inform us their truck
was in the shop, but they should have it back no later than WednesdayThey informed
us that they would start tearing off the siding and be able to get the home
ready, by the time their truck was out of the shopWe went out to the job on
Monday and Tuesday everything was going smoothlyWe spoke to the ***,
and they were happyThey said the guys were very niceThey were happy to see
the siding job in productionThe subcontractor contacted us Wednesday morning and
explained that their truck wouldn't be done until the following day, but they
had tools and would be able to start installing the sidingWe went by the
*** home on WednesdayHowever, the *** were not home, as they
were at churchThe siding was being installed and looked to be on the right track. We thought everything was going great, until
we received a call on Thursday morning from the ***, stating that they
weren't happy and wanted us to come right outWe arrived within the hourUpon
arrival, we discovered the subs still had no truck and the old siding was not
hauled offWe also had found out that the subs were using the ***
toolsWe immediately contacted our production manager and had our punch crew
come out to the job with the proper tools and remove the debris from the
propertyThe *** stated they hated to say anything because the guys
were really niceWe spoke with the guys and they said they would have their
tools and truck the following dayWe were there the next morning to check the
work they had completed the prior day and discovered they did not have their
tools or their truckAfter looking at their work we were displeased with the
workmanship and excused them from the jobMr*** was available and came
out to the job to see how much work was leftAfter a closer look at their work,
it was discovered that the siding was installed improperlyThe siding had to
be removed and started all over againMr*** said he could finish the
job within 5-days, weather permittingThe *** were happy to see us
being proactiveMr*** started the job the following weekAfter the 4th
day, they started showing up late and it became a regular issue with Mr
***I kept in contact with the homeownersThey liked Mr*** and
was very pleased with the work he completed on their gutters and so far, their
work done on the siding, but they were concerned with the time Mr*** was
spending on their jobThey were upset with the fact that he was showing up
late and leaving earlyThis was not what we had agreed upon with Mr***
Disappointed with his lack of work and the complaint we received from the
***, we contacted Mr*** about his timeliness and the lack of
productivenessHe explained he had to address another job, but would be back
out the following dayWe then contacted the *** and updated them on
Mr***’s scheduleI asked the *** to contact me as soon as Mr
*** showed up in the morningI received a call late the next morning from
the ***, stating that Mr*** still had not showed upI called
Mr*** and did not receive an answer, but I left a messageI also texted
Mr***He finally responded late in the day and said he was tied up and
would be there the next day by 10amI was at the *** at 10am the next
morning, with no sign of Mr***I started calling him at 10:I
finally received a call back around 11:He said he was running late, but
that he would be there in minutesI returned back to the *** at
11:Mr*** was thereHe said he was working until dark and there would
not be anymore delaysMr*** has done a lot of work for us and we have NEVER
received a complaint on his workmanship, or his professionalismThat being
said, there was no reason not to believe himMuch to my surprise, I received a
call that Mr*** had left early againTrying to get in touch with him
was a very difficult processWe finally received a call late that evening from
Mr***, saying he would not be able to get back out to the ***
until after the weekendThis was on FridayI contacted the ***They
were upset, but with Mr***They heard him say it would take 5-days
and that he was staying lateI reminded them of the hour emergency services
and if at anytime they had a concern, they could contact usOn Monday, Mr
*** was on the job working steadilyWe came out that afternoon and were
pleased with his process, as this was the most we had seen since he had started
the jobWe brought it to his attention that the weather forecast was calling
for rain on Friday and asked him if he was going to be doneHe said it would be
It was almost completed by Friday, however, the punch work wasn’t done, as well
as some of the trimIt was soon after this that I received a call from the
*** about the water damage to the floorIt was caused by a missing
piece of trim under the doorWe contacted Mr*** about the water damage
and he said that this was a preexisting issue and that he talked to the
*** about thisHowever, that was the opposite from what the ***
told usWe scheduled times with Mr*** to come out to address the
issues with the floor, the punch work, and the debris he left around the home,
but he never showed upAfter the 3rd time he failed to show up, we
took care of the list of concerns from the ***Videos and pictures
were sent to Mr***. We did pay
Mr*** however, we deducted for the cost of the floor, as well as the
expenses for the punch work and clean upI cannot provide a receipt of payment
as, Mr*** has not cashed the checkI have multiple cashed checks,
including the one for the gutters and soffit he completed on the ***
home, all paid within weeks of receiving his invoice for the jobWe mailed
out his check, along with a list of the issues he failed to complete,
documentation of payment to the *** for their flooring, as well as
pictures for proofBecause we wrote on the check paid in full, he refused to
cash the checkThis is when we received threats from Mr ***, stating he
was coming to the office to address his payWe then told him he was not
allowed on our property, because he was not being civilThis decision was
based on his temperament and the safety of our employeesWe told him if he
wanted to contact our lawyer about this, he could I agree with the ***They should not
have even been brought into thisAlthough this has not been an ideal
experience, the *** did get a complete roof replacement, which included
a free upgrade to Dimensional lifetime warranty shinglesThe insurance company
only paid for a year 3-tabThey also received all new gutters and soffit,
as well as a full siding replacement, with a free upgrade (due to our mistake)
to a special order sidingAll of which is covered by a year workmanship
warranty and are all accompanied by a manufacture warrantyIf the ***
continue to be harassed by Mr***, or receive a letter about a lien, they can
contact us and we will inform our lawyer, who is already aware of this
situationHonestly, this should not have gone this far

We are very thrilled and excited, about the job they did our roof is excellent they did a greatn job highly recommended
