I am rejecting this response because: They have taken payment from the teams and have not fulfilled any part of their contractual obligation. They have closed down the league without giving any refund. They feel entitled to rob, cheat and con people out of money. Their league closure was done on a Friday before they claimed to have scheduled events and to date have provided no refunds what so ever. They lied in their reply about the uniforms as the only people who receive a used uniform were the ones who were not paying for uniforms. The H.Suniforms for all of the New Players are new and we do have receipts from the company in which supplied them. Unlike them, we actually supply what we promise and what people pay for. The con artists, known as *** *** cheated myself and other organization out of Thousands of Dollars and feel it is their right to keep money for services they didn't provide. I intend to report their swindling and defrauding to the states attorney. Currently they have multiple law suits from individuals and business. Not only have they swindled me, but they have swindled others in the league who expected more. They collected as much money as they could without providing services and then basically pulled a cut and run without providing any refund. I did inquire, but got the run around and then the refusal to supply any!!!

We are totally disagreeing as we have from day oneWe are now going to courtThis man does nothing but sue people on a regular basis and this is what he always seeks to doWe will be going to court on this matter and my attorney will be dealing with himWe have not cost him moneyHe has a year round programHe gets gym time for his team regardless of what he is participating inHis uniforms are not new and probably recycled from team to teamAs I saw him multiple times pull them out of a bag pass them out and get them back after each gameWe run events every month and I do not appreciate being called a scamHe was offered many times to just move on and get a refundHe never wanted one and I now know he wanted to hang around complain and eventually sue us as he has done so many times beforeAt this point my attorney will deal with him.Lynne

Mr. [redacted] signed up his 4 teams for my youth basketball league which he is still participating in. His teams were scheduled to start playing December 16, 2017. Due to multiple teams being unable to start due to extend tryouts etc. We delayed the start of the league for some teams. We offered the...

teams that were unable to start December 16, 2017 to start either Dec. 23rd, Dec 30th or wait until the actual next scheduled date of January 6, 2018. Mr. [redacted] decided to wait until January 6th. We run leagues 4 times per year and tournaments once a month. We have been running events for over 2 years now and we are in no way defrauding anyone or scamming anyone. Mr [redacted] even has a payment plan with us since he could not afford to pay for his teams all at once. We have never threatened to cancel him and not give him a refund. Mr. [redacted] was told if he could not provide proper rosters and documentation for his team along with his payments on time that we should just consider severing this relationship and that a refund for any games not played based on what was paid would be given. Even in an email to me he stated that he only reached out to the Revdex.com because he was angry about the interaction he had with my staff.Lynne P[redacted]
