I am really upset with these people, They made their website look like the [redacted] website they look so similar I actually thought I was on the [redacted] website. Charged me $199 for a form that is actually free on the goverment [redacted] website! They have a very small disclaimer on the bottom of their website. I called and asked for a refund right away when I found out. They refused because I have filled out the form. that is FRAUD I spoke to a representative named Robert...and he said I paid for the service. What service are you talking about!!! 199 for printing out the forms that are freeee I still have to pay the 680 filling fee and mail the application that is free with all the documents that the Free goverment website has so what services are providing , taking money I think.Product_Or_Service:[redacted]Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI called the customer service right away I found out that the form is actually free from the real USCIS website. They made the website to similar that it's so deceiving. I want my $199 refundedBusiness Response Per our records , customer spoke to our agent on 7/27/2015 after printing their application at which no refund is due. The forms are in fact free, the fee is for the software we provide to facilitate the filing of the form. Understanding this is not the service the customer is looking for, we can offer a refund of $130 as a courtesy. Please notify us if any further information is requeired.Thank You,Customer careConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)that is a rip off there are noooo services that they provide the same thing is on the FREEE and on the goverment page you can also fill out the forms the same wayy and print them it is very similar , I want a full refund that is a scam they should not have the names on the internet like the goverment web Page they are charging 200 for printing paper that is not right, a courtesy of 130 it should be a courtesy of my full refund!!!

I thought I was buying a new green card for my wife and I and was charged a total of $318 which I got nothing for.On November 19th 2014 I was trying to renew green cards for my wife and I. I logged onto immigrationdirect.com to fill out the I90 form that is needed thinking that it was the correct place to go as it is top of the list on [redacted] search. While on the website I was was having difficulty understanding the questions as I am Japanese born and was prompted with a help window which I believed was going to help me complete the I90 form. The sales agent on the help window assured me that they could help and assist me on getting both the new green cards for only $159 dollars each a total of $318. I gave them my [redacted] credit card information while online (Reference #[redacted])to purchase both green cards which now I realize is completely untrue as the new green card is $450 each on the government website. My account has been charged the $318 on November 19th 2014 and I did not receive anything for the sum of money that I paid. After going back to the website it seems that I can not get refunded for something that I didn't need nor did I receive anyting for the money that I paid. I belive that this website has tricked me and many others charging people for something that is not neccesary. Immigrationdirect.com is somehow linked to another site called uscitizenship.info where they have taken my payment and I would like it refunded please.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of my $318 that I got nothing for.Business Response We apologize for the confusion encountered while accessing our website. Our home page states what our website consists of and where to find blank forms at no cost if our site is not useful. Our records indicate that a refund has been processed in full since the applications were not begun. TRANS# [redacted] & [redacted] and the information deleted from our server as well. Please notify us if there is anything more needed.Thank you,Customer CareConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)We do not accept this complaint as resolved for the following reasons. We have not received full reimbursement of the total of $318.00 however we did receive an e-mail stating half of the reimbursement of $159.00 to be refunded to the credit card used. We have checked with our banking institution and so far nothing has been listed. Please consider this case not closed.

Deceived by these guys. They made their website look like the USCIS website. Charged me $200 for a form that's actually free from the real USCIS website! They have a very small disclaimer on the bottom of their website. I called and asked for a refund right away when I found out. They refused because I have filled out the form. Fraud! Fraud! I spoke to a representative named Anna...and she said I paid for the service. What service are you talking about!!!Product_Or_Service: N-400 formOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI called the customer service a few hours after I found out that the form is actually free from the real USCIS website. They made the website to similar that it's so deceiving. I want my $199 refunded.Business Response Our disclaimer is on our home page and states what our website consists of and where to find blank forms at no cost if our site is not useful. It reads:"USCitizenship.info (USC) is not a government agency, nor is it affiliated with or endorsed by the government. We are not a law firm and using us does not substitute for the advice of a lawyer. USC's customer support will not answer legal questions or provide legal advice. Customer support is for technical and billing issues. The forms available for completion online using USC are also available from the USCIS for free as blank forms with written instructions."Customer has completed and printed their application using our software. At this point, no refund is due. However, to try to come to a resolution with the customer, we will be happy to offer a 50% discount as a courtesy. Thank You.Customer CareConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I think it is unfair to deceive people by making your website similar to the USCIS and expect the people visiting your website to read a very small disclaimer. Your website clearly says "Start my application online" which means you can apply online! After we answer the questions, that's the time we find out it's just a form filled out and has to be printed out and mailed I logged out immediately and called your customer service. The form is free, and to charge people $199 for it is very unfair. Final Business Response Terms and conditions must be accepted prior to the sale being made. Nonetheless,it is always in our best interest to come to a resolution and satisfy the customer. Understanding this is not the service the customer was looking to use, a full refund has been issued (transaction #[redacted]). Please allow 3-5 business days to see funds back into their account. Please notify us if there is anything more needed.Thank You,Customer Care.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

My wife and me are green card holders since August 2012. Recently I was informed by a friend that Green card holders can fill a petition for their unmarried sons of any age (the old law was for unmarried sons under 21). I did a [redacted] search to check This. The first 3 names which popped up in a long list were1-USCitizenship.info. 2-[redacted].3- [redacted]. I clicked on the 1st name. All These fraudulent website are using a software designed to mislead the new users, who are immigrants or foreigners (with limited English knowledge, seeking information and help to become legal immigrant)to believe that they are [redacted]. Myself just like other victims, thinking that they are official website, went online and started answering the question. Then I was asked to pay $199 which I did, after which I was given a case number & access to print forms I-130(2 pages)& G-1145(1 page) & 7 pages of instructions. When I found no answer to my question,I called them and asked for their answer to my question. In response to my telephone call I received an email telling my to contact [redacted] for any questions. Still thinking that they are legitimate, I called [redacted] and gave their case no. I was informed that the case no. is NOT related to their organization and answered my question. As I knew forms and instructions to fill the forms are free & no other service was provided, I called them back and asked them for refund. I tried several times, but they refused to refund the the money paid for no services received. I asked my bankers to stop payment, which they did but later on, released the money to the Fraudulent website. After further research I found out that all first 3 websites on [redacted] list are using same address and using the same procedure to steal money from anybody who walks into their trap. We have the proof of my daughter (who is a US citizen)has already petitioned for her brother (my son) on April 26, 2011, & the downloaded material has not been used at all.Product_Or_Service: link to free online formsOrder_Number: N/A.Account_Number: case # [redacted]Desired SettlementI want to have $199 refunded to my account. As most immigrants do not know the available government organizations who can support and protect them against the 3 mentioned fraudulent companies, they only contact their bankers (who do not really do anything to support them). The number of victim could not be estimated, but since they have a paid ad. in [redacted], which shows they have a lot of victims. The website appears as a legitimate government website but upon further investigation it is not. Upon realizing it was not an official governmental website, I called to reverse the charge on my card. I was connect to someone by the name of [redacted] who is a supervisor. When explaining the situation to [redacted], she immediately offered to give me 50% refund on the charge. As she investigated on her end, the computer was telling her that the transaction was download and/or e-filed at 11:?? her time. I did not e-file the applications because I was trying to understand why I was being charged again when I had already paid $170. I informed her that I did not e-file or download the forms. I then asked her if the computer can tell her the IP address to which the forms were download to and she indicated that she cannot. After telling her that I still had not download or e-filed anything, she announced that she would no longer offer me the 50% refund for the transaction and would wait to dispute the charges. I don't want anyone else to go through this charade.Product_Or_Service: Application for CitizenDesired Settlement$170.00 - my bank has already reversed the charge but is waiting to see if the charge comes up again as to which, they will take it one step further and get [redacted] involved with the dispute.

Misleading company, fraudulent company. USCitizenship.Info takes advantage on customers seeking for INS applicants on-line. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter. It is really appreciated.

The company is very misleading. The website is designed to closely resemble a government web page without stating that it is selling you a service. It fools customers to believe that they are paying for the application for naturalization, permanent residence etc., instead it charges a large fee ($170-$189) for the use of software that fills in your information in to a standard (free) form. At the end it is charging you additional large sum of money to file the form. It is a scam that misleads people to pay money for something they did not intend to purchase. It obtains all possible personal information (ssn, alien number, address etc.) without user realizing that it is a scam till the very end.Product_Or_Service: tricked in to application fill out service onlineOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want a refund and shut them down if possible. At least make them advertise themselfs for what they are instead of scamming. The bank will then decide if the customers claim is valid. Our goal is to make each customer happy and we are clear on the front page where to get free forms. Please understand we have terms that are agreed upon before the customer begins the application. We hope this helps.Thank youCustomer Care

In an attempt to renew my Immigration Status, I mistakenly went to the uscitizenship.info web site which is cleverly designed to look like an official government site. I also reluctantly gave up my credit card information which apparently meant I agreed to pay for a service I didn't need. Long story short, after a lengthy dispute with this business they did the right thing and refunded my money.","neu-1

I went to website to renew green card. Immediately after I filed I realized the site was not govt site. I called immediately to cancel all services. I got to site thought was govt site pd $170. Filled out application paid $450. Thought was strange called immediately. Was told I could get refund and would get an email within hour. Did not. Called back tried again to cancel all services was told I should read where I am. Called again to ask for complete cancellation they told me it was impossible because they already efiled. Every time I called I got a different answer. They have all personal info. I'm not sure why I couldn't immediately cancel and why everyone has a different answer. They hang up on you when they don't have an answer. Desired SettlementI want my $170 dollars. Especially if they are not performing a service. This online site misrepresented themselves to deceive the public into thinking they are a government website. Stealing personal information. We went online to renew my green card. I entered this site thinking it was a government site. My Green Card 10 years ago was about 170.00. When they asked for 170.00 I thought I was paying for the Green Card renewal. It wasn't till later on when they asked for another 450.00 that I realized this was a scam. I called and told them right away not to charge my card! They illegally charged it anyway. They have all my personal info. I did end up renewing through the real dept of homeland security. I received no benefit from this site and want my money returned immediately. This site needs to be closed down immediately. The law needs to stop these crooks from stealing money from people. They need to be closed down. Desired SettlementI want my money returned since I received no service from this fake site. I would also like this site closed down so they can't continue to steal from people.[redacted]

Company website is mimic the original [redacted]S website to catch you off guard so they can charge you for the form that is free from the genuine government agency. As per our records, customer has completed and printed their application on 6/28/2015 at 18:19:01. Per terms and conditions no refund is due, and customer was explained and understood this per a conversation with our agent on 7/10/2015.However, understanding the customers frustration , we have issued a full refund on 7/13/2015 transaction #[redacted]. Customer will see their funds back in their account 3-5 business days. Please notify us if further information is needed.Thank you,Customer Care.

I thought I was filling out the form N400 on the [redacted] Website. However, once I printed off the application and read that there was a $680 fee to apply for naturalization I realized that the original $199 I paid to USCitizenship.info was not an application fee but a "service fee." I contacted my bank, who said they cannot cancel the charge because it was still "pending." I contacted USCitizenship.info and they told me that once I printed off the application that was "services rendered" and "there was nothing they could do" to refund me. They failed to realized that I was under the impression they were the USCIS. I then [redacted] their website and realized they were a scam, to whom I had just provided personal information. I asked them to delete all of my information and they said that they could "deactivate" my account and that no one could reach the information. They also said "you can delete all of the information from the application yourself so we don't have access to it" but failed to provide proof they had no other copies of it. I feel they misrepresented themselves and they did not make sufficiently apparent prior to paying their "application fee" that it was a "fee for services" not the actual application fee for the N-400 form.Product_Or_Service: Access to N-400 formDesired SettlementRefund "application fee" ($199) and proof that they have delete all of my personal information. I was trying to get my citizenship and found the website citizenship.info. It won't log in me in through the form that I wanted which is the N-400 unless I am going to pay $199.00 which they had taken into my account. I found out today that I can get a free form without paying anyone and this people scams me. Because it was my first time and want the form really bad, I thought of paying them. $199.00 is a big amount of money for me paying them without doing anything that I can found the same thing in a free USCIS website with all the directions that they gave to me. Hopefully I can get my money back. Thank you.Product_Or_Service: N 400Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementIf I could have my money refunded, since I was charged for a product that is free, moreover, I never received any services.Business Response We apologize for the confusion encountered while accessing our website. Our home page states what our website consists of and where to find blank forms at no cost if our site is not useful. As per our records, Mrs.[redacted] contacted us on 6/17/2015 and was walked through our eligibility quiz, forms have been completed and printed along with customized intructions. No refund is due at this point. Strictly as a courtesy to satisfy the customer, we would be happy to offer a 50% discount.Thank you,Customer CareConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)On the website UScitizenship.info it did not say anything that I can get the form with any cost. As soon as I open the website I was looking for the N-400 form immediately, but when I click it, it says there that I need to sign in, so I signed in upon knowing what will going to happen. Then next is the payment, in which I cannot proceed without paying it first. As a first timer I did pay the amount so I can get the form N-400 online. Who wants to pay this big amount of money if you knew if there's a free no cost stated in there website, NO. So, they were lying about saying that they said that there's a website with no cost. I want my money back as this people did not do anything. I want a refund. Final Business Response Our home page disclaimer states:"USCitizenship.info (USC) is not a government agency, nor is it affiliated with or endorsed by the government. We are not a law firm and using us does not substitute for the advice of a lawyer. USC's customer support will not answer legal questions or provide legal advice. Customer support is for technical and billing issues. The forms available for completion online using USC are also available from the USCIS for free as blank forms with written instructions."However, to come to a resolution with the customer, and understanding it was a misunderstanding of our services and benefits, we will issue a full refund as a courtesy. Mr.[redacted] should see the funds back in their account within 3-5 business days. Thank You,Customer Care.

I was scammed into believing this was a legitimate website for me to apply for my citizenship and was charged $199 for a free pdfI was mislead on 6/20/2015 into thinking I was applying for my citizenship. I was charged $199 for the application and when I got to the end I noticed that the money I spent wasn't a processing fee for the government but simply a fee to download the application pdf that can be found for free on the .gov website. I Searched on [redacted] for [redacted] to renew my wife's green card. First site that pops up on the search which looks like an official [redacted] site. Clicked on renew green card filling in all the information it asked name, dob, green card number. Shows that it will cost $450.00 which is the renewal fee. After minuets of filing the application I receive an alert from my [redacted] card say that I have been charged $450 from [redacted], ok. Then minuets later I received another email notification saying that I have been charged $170.00 from US CITIZENSHIP INFO. I called the number and asked what the additional charge was when then explained to me that they were not affiliated with the [redacted]. I say ok no problem go ahead and refund me and I will go directly to their site and complete the application. They stated that they could not but was offering a 50 percent refund. I advised them that I would contact my credit card company first. Today 4/7/15 I have made contact with the company again speaking with a manager. She stated that because I did not accept the 50% refund in the beginning that she was not able to give the refund anymore. She had informed me in the beginning to tell [redacted] that they would be willing to refund me the 50% off which I have. Because the investigation process takes approximately 30 - 90 days it was too late.1. Their claim was that services were rendered and that my application was e-filed. They claim to check all information that I input but how is that. No service were rendered. It was a matter of a mistake me thinking it was an official site and me putting in information in the appropriate boxes. They did not assist me in anyway with any information. What information is there to check. If I said My name was Donald Duck, I would type my name in as Donald Duck. If I was on the official [redacted] I would put the information in and they would e-file it too. If the Birthdate format was wrong it would not allow me to proceed through.Product_Or_Service: NONE Online portal to [redacted]Account_Number: Application ID: [redacted]Desired SettlementRefundRequest for full or even the partial refund that was promised. I understand that this is an official site and that there are legitimate people who need information reference immigration services. But for me this was just a renewal. I thought I save some time by doing it online instead of going into the office and doing it. I have been married for 15 years with two children. It's tough enough paying for $450 for a green card renewal and on top of that being charged $170 more for a mistake.Business Response We apologize for the confusion encountered while accessing our website. Our site offers self-help guides to help navigate easily through applications. This service is available for customers who find it difficult to fill out these forms and need help to make sure that they get filled out correctly. As per our records, we spoke with Mr. [redacted] on February 14, 2015 and explained that our service was used to complete and electronically file an application and understood that no refund was due, we tried to offer customer a partial refund of 50% as a courtesy but refused it, customer continued to process a dispute with bank and called us back on April 7, 2015 to request a refund again, we explained to customer that at this point since a dispute was processed and services had been rendered no refund was due. Please notify us if there is anything more needed.Thank you,Customer CareConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Yes a refund of 50 percent was offered. I was advised to notify my credit card company as to what was being offered by them. I was specifically told to tell [redacted] that the their company was willing to give back 50%. A dispute was put into the credit card company which take several weeks to investigate. When all said and done, I was advised by [redacted] to take what the company was offering but because a dispute was put in place with [redacted] the company is now refusing to honor their initial refund. Said it was too late. It was never communicated that if I did not take the offer within a specific date or that if I put a dispute with my credit card company that this offer would be null and void.
