This reply will follow up your email dated July 24, indicating that *** *** had some “additional concerns”However, he seems to have just reiterated his prior claims and we believe our initial response fully addressed his concernsIn addition, we take great exception to his baseless claim that we are praying on senior citizensAs previously stated, we cannot refund *** *** his money because only a policy holder can contact *** to cancel a policy and request a refundHe must make direct personal contact with *** to request a refundAgain, he could have contacted them directly and was (as he acknowledges in his original complaint) asked to do so. I am rejecting this response because:My concern that they prey on senior citizens is not baseless, its a fact I am willing to take even further than the Revdex.com, regardless of your outcome These people and their slick salesmen sign you up for a policy, lie about coverage and provide no documentation to use that coverage Its pretty tough to use coverage when you don't know the insurance carrier and don't know the coverage.A no point during my calls did anyone at United group ever tell me I could use my SS number before I got the policy and ID cards, or even tell me the insurance carrier, they just told me "someone " would bring them out and explain it all Again, when I called Mr H***, He lied twice on the phone and told me he would cancel the policy and refund my money Mr B***, Mr H*** and his company are just "hucksters" scamming the elderly and should be listed on the Revdex.com as such to help other seniors.Regards,

I am the Vice President for United Integrity Group, Inc. (“UIG”). I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] with the Revdex.com. Please be advised that UIG disputes the allegations in [redacted]’s complaint. His allegations are not an accurate...

reflection of the events and statements between him and UIG. When Mr. H[redacted] met with [redacted] at his home he left a brochure from [redacted] which contained contact information for [redacted]. Therefore, from the very first meeting, [redacted] had the information necessary to contact [redacted]. Even if [redacted] did not possess an ID card, he could have provided [redacted] with his name and Social Security number to obtain information from them. [redacted] mails out the ID cards directly. They are not sent to UIG. When [redacted] contacted UIG we believe he was given the policy number verbally. [redacted] claims that Mr. H[redacted] told him he would cancel the policy. That is not possible because only a policy holder can contact [redacted] to cancel a policy and UIG representatives are clearly aware of that fact so a UIG representative would not offer to cancel a policy. The policy holder is the only person who can cancel a policy and would have to personally contact [redacted]. Since the ID cards come directly from [redacted], any delay in his receipt of them is the responsibility of [redacted]. Again, he could have contacted them directly and was (as he acknowledges in his complaint) asked to do so.
