Unethical Scam
We were talked into replacing a Medicare supplement policy with another to save money and were told by the salesman he would take care of everything. (We were also contacted by a senior member of their firm under the guise of reviewing everything with us but who actually attempted to sell us several other financial services.) We did get confirmation of the new policy but the original was never cancelled. We contacted the agent who claimed he would resolve the issue, but never did. As a result, we paid twice as much for 10 months until we called the insurance company directly and cancelled it ourselves. Of course, they made double their commissions. Warning - watch out for them!

Great accurate information
We have been customers since 2011. Thank you Jason for all your help in chosing the right Medicare supplement. And rx plans also. Jason has become VP now and Christian is our new agent, every bit as capable and gracious. Now we also have total estate planning which is saving us so much and giving up peace of mind. Thanks to Mike too.

Medicare Enrollment
I am about to become a Medicare recipient, and with the multitude of plans and choices I needed assistance. I met with Paige from UIG, who could not have been more pleasant, genuine, and extremally knowledgeable. There was no high pressure or scare tactics used by a majority of insurance agents. Paige laid out all the options that were available to me, in easily understood terms. It was a pleasure to comfortably discuss these important decisions with her. Following her visit I felt confident and relieved that Paige was able to alleviate my stress and anxiety involved with Medicare enrollment.
UIG is going over my other insurances as well, in an attempt to find less expensive coverage.

I am the Vice President for United Integrity Group, Inc(“UIG”)I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] with the Revdex.comPlease be advised that UIG disputes the allegations in [redacted] ’s complaintHis allegations are not an accurate reflection of the events and statements between him and UIGWhen MrH [redacted] met with [redacted] at his home he left a brochure from [redacted] which contained contact information for ***Therefore, from the very first meeting, [redacted] had the information necessary to contact ***Even if [redacted] did not possess an ID card, he could have provided [redacted] with his name and Social Security number to obtain information from them [redacted] mails out the ID cards directlyThey are not sent to UIGWhen [redacted] contacted UIG we believe he was given the policy number verbally [redacted] claims that MrH [redacted] told him he would cancel the policyThat is not possible because only a policy holder can contact [redacted] to cancel a policy and UIG representatives are clearly aware of that fact so a UIG representative would not offer to cancel a policyThe policy holder is the only person who can cancel a policy and would have to personally contact ***Since the ID cards come directly from ***, any delay in his receipt of them is the responsibility of ***Again, he could have contacted them directly and was (as he acknowledges in his complaint) asked to do soTherefore, since [redacted] pays his premiums directly to ***, any refund request must be made to and through ***.Very Truly Yours,Ron B***
