United Irrigation fixed a valve and did not rewrap/tape the valve or pipes with the heating coil. As you can see in this video the tape that was holding the coil on the pipes were ripped off so they could fix the valve. The valve/pipe froze again and the owner *** says that I have to pay $475 to get it fixed again. You can see the water coming out of the leak.
