HelloThis is United Kitchen and BathAll we have it's contractI already explained to my customer on WednesdayAll things we need to do, we already doneit's not including handle and plumbingBecause Plumbing we have to look what size it is, and to fix it, so we don'r charge it, also the handle is, we don't charge itAll we charged we did itNo excuseThank You so much

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint First of all, there were visitsFirst on my ownSecond with my wife and third myself to sign contractThere has been no action taken from business to resolve issue, only excusesThey are not baking up their wordMicheal never said I had to buy handlesAnd Micheal told me that the non speaking english installer is the manager, it's not Micheal.When I asked if everything included Micheal responded "YES!"When I noticed the wrong name on contract I told him, he responded "it's ok, doesn't matter."Bottom line is they promised and explained alot more than what was on contract and I guess it's my fault for believing them.I'm surprised at Micheals misleading/made up informationOh, and now the contract has filled out dates at the bottom? I guess they had enough time to patch up loose ends.I've never seen or heard of any company in this field of work leave such a horrible site when finished.Since then I have made repairs and touched up the things they ruinedI would never recommend this business to anyone.If you'd like, this complaint can be closed, but with an unacceptable rating for business.I definately recommend Micheal to be more clear with the expectations of the job and that the installing manager learn english to avoid very severe communication issues.Regards, [redacted]

I said, it's including cabinets, labors, and sinksand backsplashhe asked me how about plumbing? I said you have to buy faucet by yourselfwe are not including plumbingbut we will make a hole for faucetmake sure the granite is our jobwe will do itbut not for install the faucet and plumbingalsothe handle I told him, you have to buy it by yourselfBecause the handle which is at our store, it's we bought from websitei said you can buy it by yourself, then we can install that for you, but need chargeafter thati show the contract to himand he pay the billthen I called him to make sure his original cabinets and granite was removedhe said there were more cabinets need to remove, I said you have to remove it before we workhe asked me it's not including in contract? I said noBecause we didn't charge you to removeand he said ,well, if not including this he will consider the deal with us or noti said we will remove that for you but we need to charge you $he agreed everything was fine until the day we finished his workand he called measked me what's going onsaid we didn't put thing back and no handleand plumbing was not fix. I said we already did what we sign on the contractwe remove the his original cabinetswe ship the cabinets to his house and we installed the cabinets and countertop of kitchenwe also made a hole for faucetthen we cleaned waste and took it back. He said we left the bad situation to him, and said they have to looking for others to fix the plumbingand they will cost more labor fees then I said we didn't charge you handle and plumbingit's all in the contractand he signed it.I think about the contract name write wrong can't be him to file a complaint our evidenceBecause this contract has two copieswe both had it if he find his name was wrong, he can't sign this for me. This is the real situationI just want a fair resultwe did what we need to dowhat on the contractThank You
