Approaching two months to clear a title that should have taken a couple weeks. After initiating a refinance, I provided ULS everything they asked for within days (sometimes hours) of the request.

Six weeks into the process, they claimed I wasn't replying to voicemails and hadn't disclosed my divorce. They changed tunes when I furnished emails proving they knew of and acknowledged receipt of required forms like the Divorce Decree within a week of the loan origination.They still have failed to clear my title in a timely manner and now it's looking like it will take 9-10 weeks to close on a simple refinance.
