Review: Hi, I am trying to move and need a loan but have less than perfect credit. I have already been denied loans through banks and this company said I had "multiple" lenders standing by to assist me based on the initial application I submitted; however, I paid the small fee of $34.95 but the only entities that showed for loans are BANKS and they do require much higher and stringent credit scores. I am a disabled veteran and have not been able to find work and that has jacked up my credit. I lost my military career over my disabilities. Now, these companies advertise and give false claims? They want us to provide denial letters but they are unwilling to assist us with obtaining loans that I was unable to get in the first place. Why would I pay THEM for a loan when I could have just contacted Wells Fargo or Tucson Federal Credit Union....DUH.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the "small fee" I paid of $34.95 that they are denying me. I only just applied for their services 2 days ago and after seeing they are scam artists asked for a refund and they are telling me to kick rocks. This is illegal.

Review: I was looking for loans - tried everywhere - this company offered a guarantee - they would find me a lender that would offer me loan (misleading as they make it sound as though your desired amount of loan but after payment you can read that any loan might bind from the money back 100% guarantee - which turns out to be a 50% money back in the event you do get a loan, but of lesser amount than desired)

Anway - I purchase the service thinking that they will "match" me with lenders as they say - they have me put in my loan amounts and say bad credit no credit no problem and if they have no matches that will give you the loan then it's hassle free money back zero risk scenario

The results they offer as Matches where no good - I was denied any loan at all by all their sources and some of their sources were my local banks and my personal credit union that I've already been denied from less than a week ago in person.

They simply couldn't provide the service they suggested they could and when I looked into the money back they have all these loop holes and things you must do to verify that you meet the requirements and in most cases I could imagine people were offered some loan of some money as they have sites that offer as little as 100 dollars - would that be the case they still claim half of the 32.xx dollars they charge because they had at least one hit off their lists.

This site may be helpful for some - but it's nothing like what it claims to be. there was nothing unique about there service - every result they offered I had already tried from a [redacted] search yet they claimed they could produce and could not. that's simple they help some but in this case not me and I want a refund. I did their hoop jumping and found 5 sites that rejected me and in fact I was not offered any loans by any of their matches and I sent them a copy of each rejection (which is a scam in of it self as they all collect your name number social security number ect ect and you have to give it over and sign up for email lists phone lists and text lists to have your application processed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT??????????? or you cannot possibly get your refund, what's more is that companies they suggest are similar in name and have the exact same application !!!!!! where you give your name social security ect ect ect and tell them you agree that they can call and likely sell your name to lists - IT IS A TRAP ! even if I can get my money from these weasels the damage is done or yet to be my Identity could be compromised this could be a large scale scam and needs attention.Desired Settlement: they refund all charges to my card.

Review: The advertising claimed the service did not involve pay-day lenders or would run credit checks. they are extremely limited with their information. To learn more you must pay a $29.95 fee first. After I paid the fee on line with my credit card, they directed me to sites that are in fact pay-day loan lenders that charge up to 300% in interest rates! They stated that they would not refund the $29.95 fee unless you are turned down by their lenders. But pay-day lenders will not turn you down because they prey on desperate people and charge outrageous interest rates that are illegal in most states. I believe they are misleading the public with claims that they do not do pay-day loans and then after you pay their fee they direct you to those exact lenders! They hope the public will just drop the process and lose the $29.95 fee United Lenders Services charged them. That is not fair, and that is not good business practices. I am extremely disappointed by their deception!Desired Settlement: Return my $29.95 fee that was given to them under false pretenses. I would have never paid that money if they would have disclosed the fact that they do, in fact, represent pay-day loan lenders when they claimed they did not. That was disceptive and false advertising.

Review: I paid this service 34.95 to get a list of lenders that would grant me a loan. I just received a phone call from one of those lenders stating that United Lending Service is using their name fraudulently and that they have done it many times before. I am not going to risk having my credit ran by a bunch of different companies that are fraudulently being used by this service just to get turned down and get my credit report hit with upteen credit inquiries causing my score to go down.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: This company claims to be able to get you a loan, you enter your personal information then it tells you, you've been approved, before you can proceed you must pay $34.95, a one time fee for the service. Upon payment you are giving a no frills page with a link to Lenders" and are told to apply to every one, and if you aren't approved you can receive a refund, However What this company does not mention is that, each time you apply at one of the lenders you receive a hard inquiry on your credit report, this is a Very Misleading Service, Incredibly damaging to the credit report of the end user and a waste of time and money, as well as threats on a page informing you that if you dispute the charges, they will Further Damage your credit report by sending you to collections and tacking on another Fee. Review: The webiste gurantees a lender to people who are in a jam or have bad credit. I went to a local bank that gurantees a lending service against my car to a small loan. I was denied. I call the others and they said they woulddeny me as well. I asked for a refund because their slogan "Gurantees" a loan. I am not psening more money driving an hour to get letters... my credit was runned, I am not happy!! I would ask for ar efund if something did come out of it. I have requested a refund. Review: The company advertise to get personal loans approved for bad credit consumers and claim that they will connect you with over 900 lenders but after you pay you only receive about 20 lenders and they are your every day banks and credit unions. They also threaten the consumer about filing for a refund by stating that they will report it to the credit agencies and report negative activity on you.Desired Settlement: My money back this is a fraud site and it should be closed down. The laws need to better and harder against fraud and false advertising.

Review: I submitted this company for a loan. I paid for it on my credit card(thru Delta [redacted]). That was on Oct. **, 2013. I have not heard a word from them. I would just like my $34.95 put back in my account. Thank you for your time.

Review: I was looking for an installment loan. United Lending Services acts like a lender, then AFTER you input personal sensitive information they indicate they have matched you with lenders and list like 13. They lead you to believe you have been matched with lenders for which you already match their criteria. Then after you pay the fee of $34.95, you are routed to a page where they have merely goodled local lenders. Of course, had I wanted a local lender, I would have applied myself. They have NOT matched your criteria and there are no lenders ready to approve you. They had you pay for a 'service' you didn't need AND lied about matching your specific credit background. Any person with internet access and a brain has already exhausted the resources they provide. They claim they have 9800 lenders specific to your needs.

Upon linking to the 1 installment loan lender, you are taken to ANOTHER site where they attempt to trick you into another fee with no Lender actually provided in that link. The predatory nature of this company is sickening. People already in financial need do should not be PREYED upon by UNITED LENDING SERVICES.

I wrote the company. They responded that they will not refund anything and provide 2 links. 1 is to THREATEN that IF I DISPUTE THE CHARGE, they will fight it AND they will submit me to the credit bureau's as they have already deceivingly collected personal information to do so.

I demand a refund and that they NOT further report me for fighting them with a dispute as they FALSELY PORTRAYED THEIR SERVICE.Desired Settlement: REFUND AND GUARANTEE TO NOT REPORT ME TO CREDIT BUREAU"S FOR DISPUTING THEIR CHARGE

Review: At around 4 a.m. CST, my Mother received emails concerning me, which she forwarded to my email address. One email was from United Lending Services Co. stating that an application had been filled out for a loan of $18,500 which I NEVER applied for. There is an account number with my name attached to it, and they are also wanting an additional $34.00 to process my loan.Desired Settlement: I would like this loan in my name to be cancelled and to never be contacted by this company again.

Review: they promise they can get you a loan if you pay a service fee and that if you don't get a loan they will reimburse the fee. However they don't tell you until after you pay the fee that in order to get your money back you have to have several letters of denial, the places I tried gave me verbal denials or they expect you to open up an account only to deny you after you spent the money. I spoke with the company and they said that they just give the names of agencies, all of which were credit unions....it is not there issue if the companies expect you to open accounts or that they don't accept applications from the state you are living in. The advertising ULS has is that they will provide you all the necessary tools and assistance for a loan and they have done neither, just cost me a lot of money opening needless accounts and headaches to close these accounts. They also claimed new agencies will be available to me daily and there hasn't been one change or add onDesired Settlement: I just want a refund of my purchase

Review: I have joined and paid &34.95 for help getting a personal loan. They promised to help me. They sent me a list of banks that I have tried already and credit unions you can only apply if you are a customer. I emailed them back and have got no where with them.
