Review: I submitted a request for help with a personal loan on June **,2014. The company identifies themselves as a company who will match you with lenders gauranteed or your money back despite credit score they will find someone to approve you. I was matched with Unions and banks. I already knew with the banks I would be denied especially and tried anyways, the unions require you to know the union and still approval is not gauranteed and they want you to go complete in person enrollment. After explaining this as I requested a refund all I recieved was an email with no phone number to contact explaining the policy. They want me to get denied by five companies and sent denial letters to refund me . My issue is that I was matched with companies that clearly were not going to offer a loan with my credit score so I requested a refund.Desired Settlement: I would just like my refund since they state money back guaranteed.

Review: I paid 34.95 and united guarenteed me a lender from their list to get a loan.None would loan to me and so I asked for a refund..they said I needed to show proof with 3 letters which I did an d they NEVER tell you about this til you ask for a refund.I asked them of my refund today and they said I have to sen d 5 letters!!Im livid and want my refund nowDesired Settlement: 34.95 refund

Review: United Lending Services informed me if I did not receive a loan they would refund my $34.95 and I have sent proof from several lending denying to give me a loan. I sent United Lending Services copies and faxed letters and I am waiting on my $34.95 refund and they are refusing to return my money. I want my $34.95, immediately. Now, they are not responding to calls, emails or nothing. I need you to get these people to send my money within the next three days or I am going to report this company to the FBI, U. S. Marshalls and policeman.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $34.95, immediately Thank you.

Review: Every phone number they have is invalid, so they can't be contacted by phone. Also tried to reach them by email to no avail. They DO NOT do what they guarantee to do,then they can't be reached for any kind of customer service. This is unacceptable!Desired Settlement: Contact by the company and a FULL REFUND for the expenses I paid to them for their services!!!

Review: The company assures you that if you pay $34.95 they can match you with online lenders, all info filled out including address ,no lenders would complete my application as I live in a state that doesn't allow those type loans.I requested my money back and told I needed 5 letters from these companies denying me..I never got a completed application due to state issue, how can I get those refusals? Then today I see where they have again debited my checking account for the same fee!Desired Settlement: Please just help me get money returned, my finances are poor due to an job loss and I cannot spare the monies they have taken.

Review: I was told to pay $34.95 and would be directed to loan agencies for people with bad credit. In order to do this, they took $34.95 from my checking account. There is no phone number to call as I wanted to cancel. I submitted a request by email an no results. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund of money to my checking account.

Review: When you go thru their process and ever things fail. They then tell you need letters to show you where turn down and then they would have to be faxed to them to get refund. they should have told us to get the letters when we have been turned down each time, that way we would we have them. They knew they require them they should have told us.Desired Settlement: I what a refund with in two weeks and they tell their customers that they will need to get letters when they are turn down that why they have them when they need them not after. That is really unreal they did it that why figuring people not go thru that, that is so unfair.

Review: I paid the $34.95 fee and was given a list of lenders. I was denied by each of them .

I was told your money would be refunded if you did not obtain a loan.

I have tried to reach them with no luck. None of the contact info is valid.
