My statement is the same as it has been from the day I posted my complaint (Nov 11, my wedding day)The business owner Tara stated that artists would be present for hair and makeup- this was also reiterated to my planner the day of the weddingServices were not fulfilled as statedI have text messages to reflect that Tara changed her stated services the evening before my weddingEven her artist and Tara (by repeatedly saying it was the busiest day of the year) admitted that they overbooked and were unable to stay past 9:amIf they did not have the staff they should not have agreed to servicesIn none of the documented conversations prior to the wedding day did I ever anticipate or agree to one artist for seven services at am the day of my weddingThe owner keeps changing her storyThe artist still “completed” unsatisfactory work Fairytale is responsible for the results as the overbooked and were unable to fulfill stated services in a satisfactory matterThis business is incapable of adhering to the agreed services and incapable of resolving this manner in a professional wayThey bully and threaten consumers and should be cited for this

(Following is an e-mail communication to Revdex.com staff - LST)***MrK [redacted] purchased the property located at [redacted] Lorain, OH 44052, transferring on 11/30/ The seller of this property was the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HUD was represented by their own title company, Sage Acquisitions Sage Acquisitions, representing the seller, HUD, was responsible to pay any outstanding water bill on that property, which they did Confirming with the Lorain County Utility Department today, Sage Acquisitions, on behalf of the seller HUD, made a payment of $on February 28, which cleared and posted with the utility department of March 3, This was actually an overpayment of the amount owed and left a credit balance of $which still sits on that account according the water dept Hopefully, this explains and answers your questions

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I posted my negative reviews the day of my weddingI was not and am not satisfied with services (as stated multiple on all of my postings)I have verification and documentation of *** (Fairytale's owner) threatening multiple consumers in an aggressive and unprovoked wayThe contract does not state that there is only one artist and I have witnesses that can prove Tara was lax in her response to overbooking artists and being unable to perform servicesI also can provide objective proof and witnesses that (1) there was always the expectation that the start time would be am (2) another vendor had to make up for the flaws of Fairytale Hair and Make up and (3) the vendor uses personal attacks to mask her inability to handle this concern in a professional and diplomatic wayThis business should be cited for misrepresentation and bullying consumers _ I removed my social media account to preclude further harassment from Fairytale Hair and MakeupRegards, [redacted] D [redacted]

Hi ***, I understand that nothing we say will bring peace to your anger and attacks, but I wanted to take this time to show what really happened:*** had spoken with us a couple months prior to the weddingAt this time she had x the number of servicesSo I told her we would have 2-artists for
that many servicesShe then booked us a week before the wedding for servicesbridesmaids hair & makeup and one makeup onlyWe never said she had more than one artist for the job that was contractedFor this number of services, we give one artistShe was contracted with that ONE artistThe wedding was on one of the busiest wedding dates of the year 11/All our artists were bookedBut her artist made it happenWe have a clause in our contract that states: "We cannot guarantee our work if clients are late and the artist is rushedWe provide a timeline, we need to start at the time the artist states for the best results." *** only gave the artist hours to complete all the services when we need Services were still completed within hoursFrom my understanding from multiple people, *** was happy with the artist's final resultShe not only did the job within ***'s unapproved timeline, but she completed all contracted work.The group *** is referring to is the same group that referred her to us in the first place*** has now been removed from that group for her behaviorWe never threatened to sue the moderator or anyone leaving honest reviewsYours isn't a review, its an attackOne you are leaving on every platformI respond to your "review" and it fuels your fire to keep going until you have the last say. I have text messages to reflect that Tara changed her stated services the evening before my wedding. Even her artist and Tara (by repeatedly saying it was the busiest day of the year) admitted that they overbooked and were unable to stay past 9:45 am. If they did not have the staff they should not have agreed to services. In none of the documented conversations prior to the wedding day did I ever anticipate or agree to one artist for seven services at 5 am the day of my wedding. The owner keeps changing her story. The artist still “completed” unsatisfactory work.  Fairytale is responsible for the results as the overbooked and were unable to fulfill stated services in a satisfactory matter. This business is incapable of adhering to the agreed services and incapable of resolving this manner in a professional way. They bully and threaten consumers and should be cited for this.

[redacted] has repeatedly changed her story numerous times in order to deflect the same stance in every response that we have given.  Our story has not changed nor will it change.  [redacted] has now finally admitted that the 3 artists she claimed to have been contracted with is not on the contract.  Now she is claiming that somewhere along the lines it was promised to her.  If it was promised to her, it would have been on the contract.  We did not deflect over booking, we were already booked solid.  Since [redacted] wanted to book a week before the wedding on the busiest wedding day of the year, we were able to acoomodte with 1 artist with the schedule that we had to start and finish by because we had prior arrangements and [redacted] was perfectly with this.  The day before the Wedding [redacted] became upset that the start time wasn't what she wanted and made unapproved changes and is now upset with the results. The artist still completed all contracted work.  [redacted] is upset with the results, but clearly states Fairytale is not responsible for the results when we are not given the time needed.  In response to the legal matter, [redacted] has been using slanderous accusations on all platforms starting before we even arrived at the job.  Our statement made to the person she is claiming this accusation was that we would be taking screen shots of all activity and seeking counsel to defend the tirade from [redacted].  This is standard protocol for any business under fire for unprovable hear say claims.  If we were at fault, we would have admitted to these claims months ago.  This has been ongoing now.  Where she saw these accusations is the same place she has been removed from the group for her behavior and actions.

own title company, Sage Acquisitions.  Sage Acquisitions, representing the seller, HUD, was responsible to pay any outstanding water bill on that property, which they did.  Confirming with the Lorain County Utility Department today, Sage Acquisitions, on behalf of the seller HUD, made a payment of $294.15 on February 28, 2017 which cleared and posted with the utility department of March 3, 2017.  This was actually an overpayment of the amount owed and left a credit balance of $27.28 which still sits on that account according the water dept.  Hopefully, this explains and answers your questions.
