Review: I had entered into a nine month commitment contract for my 8 year old son to attend Tae Kwon Do classes at UMAC. This contract ended as of September of 2013, as per contract I provided 30 days notice in writing that this contract and membership would not be reviewed and that no further debits to my account were authorized. There were no charges in October as I was closely monitoring my account, however I just reconciled my November statement and they did take a deduction of $165.00 on 11/**/13 and another on 12/**/13. I have been trying to rectify this and obtain a refund since Thursday of last week and was promised these funds would be back in my account no later than Monday (today) however, I have not received said refund. I have contacted the school who refused to answer my call, I then left a message explaining I would be contacting my bank regarding these unauthorized fraudulent charges which now total $330.00 and that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. This apparent "glitch" also occurred to my sister when she recently discontinued her daughters membership and had the same issue that was happening to her credit card, she ended up having to contact her credit card company and block the charges. This is absolutely a disgusting practice, it is essentially fraud and stealing. I can not afford to be missing $330.00 and will be incurring bounced check fees for checks that were sent out prior to my knowledge of this incident. I am at a loss and do not know what I have to do to get money that was again unauthorized and fraudulently taken from meDesired Settlement: I need this money to be refunded to my account immediately, it has been 72 business hours since I have originally contacted them regarding this problem with absolutely no money refunded to my account.
