I am rejecting this response because: for the same reasons I already mentioned Multiple times I asked what the cost would be and was always told "no cost" Even as the service tech was ready to leave, I again asked if I needed to sign anything and he said no because it was a warranty repair at "no cost" If the business was honest at least one of the people I spoke to would have explained the situation where the labor would be billed, but the part would not If the business sends an updated bill for the $I will pay it simply because I dont want to drag this on forever Keep in mind though I will never do business with UMC again unless its a last resort and I will not recommend UMC to anyone I know
