I called to schedule a repair on a 25 year old gas furnace. The technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, he did not have the needed part on his truck, he called a supply house and they had it in stock. He left to get it and returned in about an hour. The new part solved the problem and we had heat in the house again. He was very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable since we didn't have a service contract with them.
