After several requests to be removed from the telemarketing list - I was repeatedly called and harassed by the sales agents from United Medical AlertTime and again I insisted I had no interest and no money for their services
This did not stop their calls at least twice a month The sales agents were rude and unapologetic and even though I would hang up on them they still called I was frustrated and furious about the harassment Don't let it happen to you - say no to United Medical Alert
Product_Or_Service: Medical Alert Systems
They said the have an A+ with you and they tell that to all there costumers in order to sale

Deceptive sales practices, violation of FTC consumer laws for telemarketersThey do not get clear consent from elderly
Cold call placed to my 82yr old fatherSales pitch started with medical alert trial period, ending up with two medical benefit programs $30/monthly each, recurring fee-totalling $90/monthAll three "programs" have same address in Florida, it's a UPS storeMy father was not aware of any program or programs that he signed upCompany refuses to provide my father with the oral transcript, due to "confidentiality" of sales pitchAs soon as they got his debit card number, they got off the phoneNo explanation of debit withdraws, when they would occur, how to cancel, EtcA pure violation of FTC laws regards auto debit withdrawThey will not provide the full transcript because they know they are in violation of consumer laws and are subject to fines from the FTC
