Review: I purchase heating oil from United Metro Energy Corp. for 3 years. I signed the service contract with them. Since December 2014 to December 2015, I use the market price for purchasing oil. However, the company manager Donna Johnson abuse the charges.
1. While oil price down to $40 dollars/barrel on 3/*/2015, and the market heating oil price was down to $2.45 /g, she charged me $3.03 dollar/g for 190 gallons delivery.
2.The service contract was not executed properly, that company charged the boiler part at ridiculous price for $95 for a metal container, while market price was $25 dollars.
3. While I asked the oil company to adjust the two issues listed above and promise to pay the oil balance while those two issues solved. Donna Johnson cut the oil supply to my house and resulted in no hot water for 3 days, and cost me $200 to restart the boiler.
4. Once I paid the oil balance $2256 on 6/**/2015, the oil company declared to close my two accounts, though I have paid the service contract to the end of the 2015.Desired Settlement: I claim $200 for return service contract fee paid.
$500 for the compensation fee for the interrupted oil supply and resulted in no heat no hot water damage.
Continue to the service contract for supply heating oil until to 2016. I will pay the oil I purchased.
