Revdex.com:The items are completely dissimilar, but this is the solution I was hoping for.  Even the correct hangers I received are not as pictured.  One is a softwood hanger (which suffices for my needs), and one is a hardened one made for hardwood.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

The customer has expressed frustration over the photo and advertising of our sawtooth hangers. She normally orders a 2” sawtooth hanger, which is item 4271, but when she placed the order online she purchased item number 4270, which is also a sawtooth hanger of the same style and material but is a 1”...

length. These hangers have different item numbers and do not give the option for different sizes when you click on the item number or enter in the item number online. Both the 4270 and 4271 hangers have pictures posted on the website. The photo on our website for the 4270 hanger that she is upset about is not actual size but is enlarged and zoomed in to show the details of the hanger, the website also does not list that the photo is actual size. The description of the product does list the size of the hangers. To minimize confusion we have added a disclaimer at the end of item 4270, which is the 1” length hanger that the item numb er for the 2” hanger is 4271. We will update the photo as well and make a notation that photos do not represent the actual size of the product. A replacement order was made for the item that the customer had intended to order the first time. When it came in stock we shipped the requested quantity out and made sure we paid the freight charges for the second shipment. It is our normal policy to apply a 15% restocking fee to merchandise that is returned to us but we will waive this fee so the customer can receive a credit for the full amount of the merchandise. Furthermore, to help ameliorate the customer’s dissatisfaction we will also issue a UPS label to pickup the hangers that the customer does not want and her account will be marked that the customer only wants a 2” hanger so we can be aware of the desired product before the order is processed and any mistakes can be avoided.
